VHS : Very Brady Christmas
I'm so happy to finally own a copy of this, even if it is on VHS. It really needs to be released on DVD!

Simple plot:

Mike wants to take Carol to Japan.
Carol wants to take Mike to Greece.

They each call all six kids, tell them their plans, but yet no one tattles. (Where's Cindy when you need her?) However, this is also when Bobby gets to deliver a classic line, after Mike asks him when to break the news to Carol, "After the first of the year, Dad." It's only when they run into each other at the travel agency that they figure out the snag in their plans. They come up with the idea to fly all of the family in for this Christmas, and voila, a reunion is planned. However, not is all well with the Brady family. Greg is missing his wife Nora, who chose ... Read More

The funniest show you'll ever see. Where in the world are the rest of the episodes? Like the one where Chris learns to spell from consuming toxic waste and the one where they go camping and eat some berries that make them see strange things. This tape is a must for all comedy fans!!!!!!!!!!

VHS : Brady Bunch 2 - Tattletale/Law & Disorder
I was about four years old when I first stared watching The Brady Bunch and I absolutely love tis sitcom! The two episodes on this tape arevery good. My favorite is the episode titled Tattletale where Cindy drives everyone crazy with her constant snitching which results in Alice the housekeeper's boyfriend Sam getting mad at Alice and breaking her heart by cancelling their date and possibly ending their relationship and Cindy has to set things right especially since she got the whole thing wrong and she learned that she needed to keep her nose out of other peoples business! The episode Law & Disorder is good too. Bobby becomes a hall safetly monitor at school and he angers his friends when he becomes way too bossy and at home he makes everyone mad when he accuses them of breaking the rules including ... VHS : The Mary Tyler Moore Show: Chuckles Bites The Dust
Of all the episodes of Mary Tyler Moore, this has to be the best! The way they deal with the death of their friend, Chuckles the Clown, is both touching and hilarious. The jokes cracked in the newsroom about the bizarre way Chuckles died horrified Mary, but the humor, and the sadness, get to her. As Murray said "It could have been worse. He could have gone as Billy Banana and had a gorilla peel him to death!" ROTF

I know that episode helped me through a very difficult time. When my mother died, it was devastating to me. For some reason, I put on a video of Chuckles Bites the Dust the morning of her funeral. Surprisingly, it helped me cope. Thanks, Chuckles. Thanks Mary.

VHS : The Duck Factory - Premiere Episodes
The title of this review is exactly how i feel. This sitcom really needed more episodes, finding the entire set at a local online tape trading site comes to my attention.

Carrey is an eager animator who arrives to the duck factory in hollywood to meet legendary Buddy Winkler for a job interview. Winkler is creator and owner of Dippy Duck and the Duck Factory respectively. Upon arrival, he finds that Winkler has passed away. With his would be-employer deceased, he has no one to turn to. With Winkler dead, the Duck Factory is about to go under, and disband. With Carrey's optimistic and loveable personality he gains the other employees trust, and soon the Duck Factory is up and running once again, and it goes on like this...

If you like Jim Carrey, this is an excellent place to see his acting ... Read More

VHS : The Brady Bunch - Will the Real Jan Brady Please Stand Up / Her Sister's Shadow
One of the great things about the Brady Bunch was that it was a show about some of the problems kids have to face while growing up. This video contains two classic episodes "Will the Real Jan Brady Please Stand Up" and "Her Sister's Shadow". Marcia is one of the most popular, smartest, and prettiest girls in school. Both of these episodes deals with how Jan has to live in Marcia's shadow, resulting in some of the best episodes ever made. No Brady collection is complete without this video. A must for all Brady fans!

VHS : Lots of Luck
When the Disney Channel was young and aimed at making quickly available family movies to show on the budding cable network, Lots of Luck (starring Annette Funicello and Martin Mull) was a memorable movie for me.

Annette's family is overworked and struggling, but smiling and getting by. Their youngest daughter enjoys entering sweepstakes contests through the mail and Annette enjoys playing the lottery with her hair styling co-worker. When her character wins the lottery - a ticket from the one day her co-worker didn't play - Annette's family successfully wins a million dollars!

They soon find out that some things are better for their winnings, but other things are worse. They keep at their jobs, but eventually lose their jobs due to the spectacle of their winnings. They suddenly start ... Read More
