VHS : Freddy's Nightmares: No More Mr Nice Guy
I remembered watching this show at a real young age,and liking it.I used to be a huge Freddy freak, and still am.Though,I couldn't get into this like I did when I was younger. The movies have some cheesy effects, but the TV show is worse. Its violence and such is incredibly watered down. The blood looked like ketchup.Actually when one person was killed,it kind of squirted out like ketchup. This was just downright boring.I thought it'd give me a glimpse into some new info.,but it just shows what Freddy's Dead showed better.

...In a role he'd probably like to pretend never happened! (But he looks darn cute, though!)

For the kids, this is not one of Disney's better flicks. Plot is silly & predictable. Special effects are surprisingly cheap looking (especially for a Disney film). But there is nothing offensive to worry about as a parent, and it's a decent film to run on the DVD player on a raining Saturday when the kids are chanting "I'm bored. I'm bored."

For Daniel Craig fans, it's good for a chuckle to see him in one of his very earliest roles (nothing like his usual edgy work - he must have had the rent due when this role was offered to him!) His shaggy, slightly surfer-style haircut reminds you of Duran Duran. Very cute in silly medieval costume. He was funny at times, with a bit of silliness ... Read More

VHS : Mannequin (1987)
I thought they never would put out Mannequin2 on DVD, then it came in a set. The first one is great about a mannequin coming to life at nights and falling in love with the male window dresser. The second one has a different actress and leading man... not as good.

i used to be a big fan of the tv series. and this episode isnt really your typical freddy slasher. its just like the dude from kosivo said take this episode for what it is. now keep in mind that the episodes took place in the late 80s real early 90s. tv shows wernt exactly how it is now. but over and all this is a pretty good episode even though i dont remember seeing this on tv a while ago. but if your a big nightmare fan such as myself and a big fan of late 80s and early 90s tv shows i recamend that you buy all the freddys nightmare episodes that are on sale right now

VHS : Freddy's Nightmares: Dreams That Kill
I never knew that Freddy Krueger had a TV series, until I found an episode in the store. As an avid Freddy fan (though Michael Myers is still my #1 fav!) I gave it a chance, and wow! Though not as intense as the movies (which is to be expected from 1980's TV), Robert Englund still manages to deliver his creepy, yet riotous, performance as Freddy Krueger. Many people say he became less scary as the movies went on, but I say his twisted ripoffs of one-liners makes him even better. James Bond pulls a similar stunt in all of his movies, so let's give Freddy a break and stop complaining about the movies. Robert Englund deserves a standing ovation for playing the same character for almost 20 years! In this particular episode, when a TV talk show host does an investigation into dreams that kill, Freddy attempts ... Read More

VHS : Mr Nanny
This movie is such a masterpiece. My favorite part is after the credits when Hulk Hogan is playing guitar wearing an American flag cape, but everything before that point is almost as good. Every time Hulk Hogan punches someone (about every five minutes) there's a whistle sound effect. Outstanding! This movie shows that Hulk Hogan has a sensitive side to him while still being able beat evil doers/zombies/Sinbad into submission. I used to watch this every day and get really angry because it was so good.

But you have the get the DVD of this movie! The theatrical version is awesome enough by itself, but the DVD has some great easter eggs. In the cut version of the movie, Hulk Hogan is from outer space and lands on earth after crash landing. He has special powers like the ability to burrow underneath the ground ... Read More
