I read The Secret Adversary and the "Partners In Crime" anthology of short stories long ago, and they became some of my favorite Christie novels. Fun and lively, not meant to be serious literature. In the short stories, Tommy took on a "persona" of a popular detective for each story--Christie was having fun with the detective genre as a whole when she wrote these. I wish the tv adaptation had included more of that quirk (they do a little but quickly drop it). That said, it's a fun watch, well costumed, and I'm happy to add both volumes to my DVD library.

I always loved steven seagal and will always love his features. People don't understand that 8 blackbelts isn't an easy feat. I love his realism but have a lukeworm reception to his method acting. I recomend this DVD to everyone who likes Aikido and Mr. Steven

I saw this movie with my old friend during my sophomore year in high school. My older sister bought me this movie on VHS when my cat Flower died the week before I started my junior year in high school. My older sister got the movie on dvd my last birthday to watch in my room.

This is an old school training video, but the concepts are still valid. The boats may be a bit larger, however, when learning the strokes and carves this is where you will find the tactics. This video covers the roll too. Sweep and C-to-C. Not in depth, but enough to study from. It also covers eddy turns and peel outs as well as carving and other necessary techniques.

I enjoy a good murder mystery. These are particulary interesting because they pre-date Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot. The banter between the two main characters is good. These hour shows are perfect at lunch using my new portable DVD player.
