This movie is a classic and a great movie for little kids to watch. The sounds and visual quality are really nice in this edition. I would definitely recommend someone upgraded to this edition from vhs.

The US DVD have a severely cropped image (though not 4x3) compared to the english region 2 release, which offer the complete image in a very wide format, with lots of black top and bottom. In you don't have a 31 inch (or bigger) 16x9 TV set, this can look awkward, but if you do, get the UK region 2 release, if you can. The difference is dramatic! Believe me. I have both. I got the US version first, but as the resolution isn't enough in NTSC, I got the UK release as well, and what I got, and only recently discovered, was a much wider image. The US image perfectly fill up the 16x9 screen, but...whoa, how much it leaves out!!!!

getting a original alice in wonderland is no easy task and there is a very good reason this is a excellent movie and definitely a most own classic

I have to admit, I'm an avid listener of classical music. So it's a small wonder why Disney's Fantasia is one of my favorite films. Every music sequence is pure gold (except maybe the Pastoral sequence). Toccata and Fugue in D Minor by Johann Sebastian Bach = My second favorite sequence, it is a mixture of abstract colors & images, live action orchestral playing, and Stokowski's acclaimed orchestration of Bach's organ music. Nutcracker Suite by Peter Illich Tchaikovsky = Although I'm not a fan of Tchaikovsky's ballet music, this one is very good and entertaining. This is one of my favorites and I'm grandma! I have always loved this story. We're taking our two granddaughters to Disney World for Christmas and Peter Pan will be a staple for the DVD player in the car. Delivery was prompt with no complaint.

Although I found Amos to be a little anthropomorphic, he functions as an excellent literary device to add comedy to an otherwise perhaps boring autobiography. While Amos probably did not write the first sentence of the Declaration, it seems quite likely, judging from recent historical findings, that he did indeed invent bifocals. Anyway this movie is da bomb!!! LOL!!11!!
