VHS : Road Killers
Honestly, I really can't decide if it was one or the other, or simply all of the above. It was bad! I like Craig Sheffer as an actor, which is the reason I wanted to see this film, but it was a disappointment! Pretty weird.....especially the part where the evil brother stopped his brother Cliff from killing the father of the family they've been trying to hunt down that whole time!! The reason for this was..."you're lucky I like you!?!?!?" OK, they've been chasing this dude down like madmen from hell, now one of them stops his brother from killing him because he likes him? Then they ride off with his daughter, while the father tries to chase them down in a car, and they try to shoot at him on the road. If I were Craig Sheffer and Christopher Lambert, I wouldn't use this one on my resume.

VHS : Terminal Velocity

TERMINAL VELOCITY, released in 1994, is a movie that has aged
extremely well, except maybe for the KGB and end-of-Cold War
mood that was reminiscent of the era after the Berlin Wall
fell, and a new era was unveiled in the former one-party USSR.

The thrill and action aspects of this film, are as good as any
that the best Bond 007 movies had to offer, no doubt.

The 5.1 audio is phenomenal, as are the crisp, crystal clear
digital sequences on the DVD release.

Probably, it will mostly be the below 21 viewers who will
especially appreciate the extensive aerodrome and airplane
settings and sequences, considering that airplanes, even today
in 2007, are still somewhat exotic, as almost nobody has a
pilot's ... Read More

No Day of the Triffids in my set, as well. Was very disappointed as it would have been a great set. May send it back. I gave it 5 stars for Little Shop of Horrors and Graveyard Tramps. TO NOTE:Looking at all of the other reviews...all this time has passed and ,yet, no change has been made in the title

4.Death Warrant starring: Jean-Claude Van Damme, Robert Guillaume, Cynthia Gibb, George Dickerson, Art LaFleur

VHS : Death Warrant
Jean-Claude Van Damme's martial arts extravaganza is bolstered by some fine editing, a dark, scary soundtrack, and some mighty fine camera work. Despite some B-level acting (except for Robert Guillaume as a supply doling inmate) director, Deran Sarafian, keeps the whole affair rolling along well enough to provide some key suspenseful moments. The plot involves police investigator, Louis Burke (Van Damme), who becomes a mole in prison while investigating a deadly crime ring while the elusive "Sandman" lurks in the background with nine-lives more reminiscent of Michael Myers than a super criminal. Although this element breaks up the film's credibility somewhat, it ups the tension as well. In the end 'Death Warrant' is a lively hour and a half movie that has enough going for it to make you forget its weaknesses. ... Read More

Okay, It isn't a box office Hit! That said, It is an enjoyable film if you want to be entertained. It is a thriller with some quirky comedy and some fantastic views of Moscow and its environs. You go with the main character as he tries to figure out what is happening. Can anyone really take Frank Whaley seriously as a romantic lead? In this he sort of pulls it off though. You do sort of feel for him with all the trouble he gets mixed up in in the film. Natalia Nagoda is great. There are alot of quirky characters and events in this film. If you are familiar with the Russian mindset you can appreciate this movie. Just go into it with a not too serious attitude. If you want Dr. Zhivago then watch it instead. It is a Roman Polanski film. I don't think he takes himself too seriously, but he is a great director.

VHS : The Jean-Claude Van Damme Collection (Cyborg / Death Warrant / Double Impact)
While the plot, like most action movies, suffers a bit, this movie is still a lot of fun to watch. You get not only Jean Claude's martial arts prowess on display, there are others. The most prominent being Cory Everson who is so sexy as a bad girl it hurts. In fact one of the weaknesses of this movie is the fact that she is not on screen more often. Check out her search of Jean Claude's girlfriend. it's a real turn on.
