Initially I bought the video because it featured the music arranged and composed by Lyle Mays, but I was quite surprised at the story and the miracle of what Christmas is. The animation is quited good and I enjoy playing this video during the Christmas season for my son, and anytime in the year! Amy Grant and Christopher Reeve are featured as the voices of the characters. Beautifully done.

I remember watching this show when I was really young (between 5 and 7). We lost our original copy, and I forgot what it was called. I had been searching for it off and on and finally stumbled on it. I just had to buy it. Watching it again brought back some wonderful memories from when I was young, but I was surprised at how short it is (25-30 minutes?). I suppose as a kid I thought it was longer. Still, it is funny, adventurous, and well worth the few bucks that I paid for it. It's great for kids, and I still enjoy it as an adult. Unfortunately, this was the only episode that was made for this cartoon. There was supposed to be a sequel because it leaves everybody hanging at the end. If you have a good enough imagination, I suppose you could make up an ending.

The first movie is very good with good animation, good music, and a good story line. The second is not worth watching. Good music. A "fun" and easy movie to watch. I thought "they" did a good job (on the first movie). A good kids movie that adults may not get tired of watching. I still enjoy it. As I've upgraded TVs and upgraded VCRs through the last couple of years, I have always noticed an increased in the quality of color. The increase was usually dramatic, like my wife saying, "I've never noticed that color before in the movie".

I bought this tape last sunday and I got it today. To the reviews they said that plymptoons would be on it. I watch it the middle I got it and no plymptoons on it.But their was the first Hey Arnold, there was a different in the cartoon they used claymation in the cartoon. Even though there wasn't any plymtoons on it there was great orginal material there. I would give this tape to some-one over the age of 8 because of questionable themes on it,but yet I don't under-stand why this tape is animation for adults stamped on it? Great tape 5/5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
