Before Pokemon Advanced this was my favorite episode. It takes place when Ash and friends (Misty and Brock) finally reach a city. Misty wants to go to a bubblebath and Brock wants to see a navigator. But Ash zips off to the gym! Finally though his friends convivnce him that the pokemon center would be a better place to crash. Pikachu is all healed, eating an apple, seeming fine, but suddenly a pidgey and ratata are rushed into the emergency room. They had been seriously hurt by the gym leader's amazing pokemon! Now pikachu is afraid, but they tres out the battle anyway. Ash chooses pikachu to face....raichu?! Afraid, pikachu dashes behind Ash's leg. But it is forced to battle anyway. Everyone should be able to view Hayao Miyazaki animation. This film is no exception. You must see these films more than once. Put the setup in Japanese and English subtitles to get a better effect. Watch the films once for the story and then for the background animation. Superb!!!! I can't wait for Studio Ghibli's next film to come to the U.S.. It is currently showing in Japan.

Seriously, these are classic. I love all three; they're all very exciting and funny. And I like how Team Rocket and the "heroes" teamed up to get out of the ship (although I do have one qualm- Misty should have lent Jessie and James a water Pokemon when they were escaping the ship). The second episode is lots of fun- you can finally tell what the Pokemon are saying! (The Pokemon talk as normal but they have subtitles) The best part in that episode, IMO, is when Team Rocket and the "heroes" are in the roller caster. Scary for them fun for us! Tentacool and Tentacruel is also a great episode. Nastina is just so hilariously evil and her voice matches her personality perfectly. Misty was great in this episode; she showed her softer side. After months and months of waiting, we finally get to see the face of Giovanni, the mysterious evil leader of Team Rocket! Up until the episode of the Viridian Gym, he had always hid his face in the shadows and used one of those voice-changers to disguise himself. This is the first time we ever see his whole face and hear his real voice. Even though he has a pretty small role overall in the anime, he is one of the coolest characters of all just because he is so mysterious. And then of course there's the appearance of Mewtwo, but come on: you just have to admire that Giovanni for being the only human who was ever able to control Mewtwo.

Finnally 2 whole shows about Misty. As you may know Misty is one of the main charecters. She sometimes is sort of mean but shes 100 times better than Team Rocket. Our hero Meowth is OK. I rate the ones about Misty 100000000000000000000000000 out of 10. I rate our hero Meowth 5 out of 5.

OMG when I first saw this vid w/ my little bro we almost wet our pants! o.0 Love, love, LOVE Team Rocket (especially James!!! :D). They're too funny!!!! In "Pokemon Scent-sation!" Ash and the gang come across a perfume store in Celadon City later to find out by Ash getting kicked out that Erica, the gym leader of the town, is the shop's owner! Ash goes to TR for help, and they dress him up as a girl!!! XD XD XD I loved that it made Ash look like a freak (sorry Ash fans out there, I'm a TR fan!). He eventually gets to battle the leader, but Ash gets the badge after saving the gym and Erica's Gloom from a fire. In "Hypno's Naptime" kids are disappearing from a nearby city and no one knows where they're going. I like that movie. I liked the part when Ash gets hypnotized and thinks he's a Bulbasaur. I loved the whole thing except when that pretty girl's Grandmother tried selling Ash Misty and Brock potion that grows hair on your nose and tongue.

The fist two episodes were great. I love the one about the race, when Ash rides Ponyta and it evolves into Rapidash. Lara was a great characetr and the episode itself was funny and exciting. The first episode is great as well; we ffinally learn that Psyduck is not a useless Pokemon. And it's fun as well. However the last episode . . . I know it's emotional and supposed to be sad, but I'm sorry, while watching "The Kangaskhan Kid" I was laughing. I mean, the parents are flying over a jungle when the father lets his son "have a closer look". Btw the father, even though he was kind of funny, was quite possibly the worst character in the series.
