Great performance by Cagney. As everyone else has mentioned - with so many BAD war movies out - where's the DVD of this?

I was impressed with the courage Jane Roe had in this movie. I appreciated this film because it showed the lengthy process one encounters making changes through the legal system, and how one can succeed in the end-- despite all odds. I hope we never go back to being a society where women feel that they don't have support from their community.

I had noticed "Night Moves" inclusion in the "New York Times Best 1000 Movies". I like a good detective movie and I was looking forward to seeing it which I did last night. The characters were too much. Our hero, for example, is a former All-Pro football player. Except for some access issues that could have easily been re-scripted to create the same scenarios, there was no need to create such an esoteric facet. We are treated to analysis of the private detective's incomplete relationship with his father which also took us aimlessly down a dead end. I could go on and on but the ending really caught ... Please excuse me, I thought James Mason as "The Desert Fox" was the bottom. I have to rethink that. I don't understand it.... "ALL" these war movies get good reviews. I got a bunch after being knocked out by The Battle of Britain & The Longest Day. My mistake.

This movie is so boring.i cant stress that enough.despite the name there isnt much blood or gore.the only interesting thing is the story, the whole idea of the killer kids.but then its not fully explained as to why they act the way they do.i got this dvd for about 43 and i still feel ripped off.all i can say if your looking for a horror with action, blood, guts or a good story then look elsewhere cause you will find none of that in this crappy movie.
