VHS : Happy New Year
This is another gem that should be on dvd. Why is it so hard for good movies to be placed on dvd while so many below par and bad movies are?

VHS : Inner Sanctum 2
unintentionally hilariously funny at times, this sequel to Tanya Roberts' INNER SANCTUM has little to reccomend it; except for the fact that it is so bad. The cover of the box may decieve those who wish to see a steamy sex film, because all such scenes are confined to the first half hour. The remaining time is filled with cliches and ridiculously fake or stupid horror scenes. Although the film will make you laugh, it leaves you feeling like you wasted your time. The writer ought to be given a pat on the back, and then be shot.

I enjoyed the film very much. It's about a middle aged man(ned Beatty) who takes a vacation from home and sees Mia Sara who plays a troubled woman whom he wants to rescue from her troubles. He is married but thinks he's found true love not realizing Mia sara is with him for her own selfish reasons. Ned Beatty is in love with the image/beauty and not the true person and discovers he has been blinded by fantasies. It's not an action film and is a liitle slow but I enjoyed watching how Ned Beatty falls in love and makes a mistake that could happen to anyone searching for love. If you like Mia sara you will enjoy this film.

VHS : Power of One
I had read the book "The Power of One" again and thought the original opinion about it was right on. It is a great book. I learned there was a movie called "the power of one" and sought it out. What a dissappointment. The only thing that resembled the book was the title. I could not even finish the movie it was so bad and distorted.

8.Terminal Entry starring: Paul L. Smith, Yaphet Kotto, Heidi Helmer, Patrick Labyorteaux, Yvette Nipar

VHS : Never Forget
A beautifully acted and written Movie about Mel M. and his family as they fight the Holocaust deniers. Many touching scenes as the Marmelsteins have to deal with the insesitivity of those who continue to persecute Jews. I would love to see this given a nice DVD treatment with some Interviews and perhaps some documentary about the current state of those who deny the Holocaust. Are these idiots still among us?
