I love this movie. I haven't seen it in years and I am dismayed to learn that it isn't available on DVD yet. This is one of the best teen movies I have ever seen. It's sweet, honest, funny and kind.

Please release Angus on DVD soon powers that be. Thanks!

VHS : Fargo (1996)
I saw it the first week it was out for rental 11 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. In fact, I probably enjoy this more each time I view it. It's a sick movie, though, make no mistake about that. However, it holds a strange fascination, probably because of the odd characters.

This is NOT a true story as indicated in the movie. That's a lie. It's a fictional kidnapping-turned into murder story with a few bloody scenes, lots of profanity (most of it by Steve Buscemi) and a pure "black comedy."

Both William H. Macy and Frances McDormand have some wonderful facial expressions along with their accents. Those two and Buscemi are the lead characters and all three "are a trip." Macy is hilarious; the best character in here, in my opinion. It's also the best role, I assume, ... Read More

Taken at face value, Dorm Daze is an Exagerated view of dorm life for college kids, with its relationships, love triagles, and the problems/gossip that occur while sharing living quarters with so many people. Initially starting out as a movie following one brother's attempt to get his younger brother "some Action" by purchasing a prostitute, it soon becomes one involving mixed up identities and a good bunch of money. Along the way many characters are introduced, the nerdy girl, the nerdy guy who secretly love the nerdy girl...who is hot, the young couple that has goes through a relationship crisis, the gossipy girls that spred rumors and jump to conclusions...you get the point. But the writers did do a fairly good job at pulling all of these characters together into one plot that did have some cohesion to it, ... Read More

VHS : Sorority Boys
I thought this was a very funny movie! Barry Watson, Harland Williams and Michael Rosenbaum all did an awesome job pretending to be women. After being framed for stealing money from their sorority, Dave, Adam, and Doofer get booted from the K.O.K. house. Doofer knows that there is proof in their room that can show that they're innocent. They disguise as women and go to the all-girl party, but they are kicked out because all the guys think they're ugly. They are helped by the girls at the D.O.G. house, who are considered "nerds." Throughout the time dressing as girls, Dave, Adam, and Doofer are treated badly by the chauvinistic guys at K.O.K. and soon realize that they used to to that to women, and should have never treated them badly. Dave falls in love with Leah, the sexy leader of the D.O.G. house. Leah is sick of being ... Read More
