VHS : Dirt Bike Kid
It was a cute movie. Definately not the best, but not the worst either. I remember loving it as a kid and loved the idea of a dirtbike that has a mind of it's own. My nephews may like it so I'm going to check it out and buy it for them. :)

VHS : Zenon - The Zequel - Disney Channel Original Movie
I've watched this movie SO many times back when it aired on Disney, and I've watched its predecessor and successor as well. It's obviously a Disney movie, made for the 8-to-15 age range, but for someone like me who's into space exploration and future technologies, the movie surpasses the age barrier. It obviously has some pitfalls for older viewers, particularly the that's-too-easy plot line and some of the more embarrassing catch-phrases that the writers created for use as "space slang," but there are also some fantastic space elements in the movie. The costumes used are AWESOME -- I wish that stuff were in fashion, because I'd be wearing it everywhere. The space station sets are futuristic in a realistic sort of way that makes you think, "If I had to imagine what a space station would ... Read More

VHS : Silence of the Hams
Well, I have to disagree with the self-proclaimed "truth seeker". "truth seeker" clearly has no appreciation for spoofs in general. This movie is very entertaining. To enjoy a good spoof, you have to appreciate the movies that helped create it. In any case, the Silence of the Hams is a very funny experience. Using some of the greatest movies like Silence of the Lams and Psycho, this is just wonderful film work. Much worth the price of this hard-to-find video.

5.Second Sight starring: John Larroquette, Bronson Pinchot, Bess Armstrong, Stuart Pankin, John Schuck

If you loved Perfect Strangers, you will sooooo love this film! It is pure Pinchot fun. He is amazing as far as the physical comedy goes--how does he move like that? It's great to see him play "Murray" (whom he channels) as well as the rather off-beat Bobby (the channeler).

For those into action, the plane ride and the collapse of the fish house are not to be missed. It's cheesey 80s comedy at its best.

If you want a fun movie you can share with the kids (if you can admit you were alive in the 80s) or something to make the treadmill time pass fast, this is your movie.

VHS : Arachnophobia
This is a perfect starter for Halloween, just enough scares and fun to get you in the mood. 'Arachnophobia' would have been an even better film if it was scarier and funnier. It all seems pretty "middle of the road" to me. It's an enjoyable film unless you can't handle watching spiders, but it seems a bit uneven in tone. The DVD transfer is OK, but could be improved also. All in all, it's a good family horror movie, nothing too intense, but a lot of fun.

Great movie, probably classed as dark comedy, but very good. A lot of what you expect from Mel Brooks and more. I enjoyed this movie very much.

This third-rate production concerning the government cover-up of a crashed and recovered UFO is of slight interest and some minor unintentional amusement. Performances range from middling to terrible; Vaughn makes the best of a mediocre script in a serviceable performance, while McGavin overacts as blandly as possible. The story moves along satisfactorily, in spite of plot holes that a gigantic alien mothership could easily navigate though. Highlights: violent, rampaging astronauts, the cleanest accidental beheading in interstellar history, space alien iconography and the most inept government agents ever assembled to preserve national security. This is a cut above the average TV movie and below mainstream feature fare.

10.Dinosaurs Vol 3 starring: Kevin Clash, Sherman Hemsley, Brian Henson, Darcy Lee, Pons Maar

I want all these episodes on DVD. Come on!!

This is "classic" Disney fare, you know, it's made for kids but it's got humor that only adults will "get". I have four or five tapes with three episodes each. Great stuff. I want ALL episodes on DVD.
