VHS : Bugsy Malone
I remember watching this movie as a kid. It really has memorable songs, and cute aspects that make an otherwise violent subject (prohibition-era gangsters) humorous. It was cool finding a clean DVD.

VHS : Alice Through Looking Glass
I never saw this growing up- but Alice in wonderland was always a favorite child hood classic.

This version includes so much that Disney has left out. However the costumes are a bit cheesy even for being a childrens movie made in the 80's- and there are waay too many songs. For an all star cast I didnt recognize 80% of the actors and I expect a better performance from pros. The scene with the caterpillar was horrible. Sammy rushed through his lines way to fast "who are you I do not see...." give the girl time to get her lines in guy...

The Hallmark all star cast version was much more enjoyable

VHS : Zapped
The movie "ZAPPED" validated that Scott Baio is not a star. Although he has aged gracefully, this movie is strong evidence that male stars in the '80s did not require talent to be hired as talent. My intention is not to castrate the joy from my heart that this film brought into my pre-pubescent eyes. Rather, I encourage those that require a randomly awful comedy to watch this film, as it offers the audience a rare opportunity to shake his/her head in wonderment on how these individuals were ever labeled as worthy of a feature film.

VHS : Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2 (Spec Dol)
The one star reviewers are 100% correct. This "movie" is horrendous! The first movie stunk like government cheese so it should be of no surprise that this sequel stinks. The so-called plot revolves around some evil media mogul named Biscane(played by Jon Voight)with some wacky scheme revolving around mind control on kids through the TV screen. The baby "geniuses headed by Kahuna plan to take on Biscane and cheesy hijinks ensue. The plot is horrible and the acting is just as bad. Scott Baio should have bowed out gracefully since Charles In Charge went of the air but no he chose to be here. Jon Voight usually shines even when he is in a bad movie(for instance Anaconda) but here he is reduced to a total ham who acts like he is on freebase. The jokes are why-did-the-chicken-cross-the-road corny but it ... Read More

VHS : The Boy Who Drank Too Much
I saw this movie when it was made and really enjoyed it but besides that it showed me what drinking can do as i had a friend at the time who drank. i think it is a great movie and would hope that if any kid today could see it they might be helped by it. Today about 18 years later i still abstain from drinking and my friend is a heavy drinker.
