I think this VHS was actually detrimental to my grandson's potty training. The only use he saw for a potty chair like his was a toy bear; all the children in the tape used the big potty and were 4+ it looked like. So, back at square one where he thinks his potty chair is a toy. This VHS might be ok for bigger kids, but even then I would like to see a little less extaneous material, ie, party footage, etc.

I love this pregnancy workout. It is intense enough for me to break a sweat and short enough to do on the week days after work. It is easy to learn the moves. It has variety and funs moves.

I haven't finished the DVD set yet but I find it very worthwhile. I'm choosing to watch it as mindfully as I can. Having seen HH years ago in Honolulu up close in person, I was wary at a DVD. Glad to say it is very good and while nothing like being there, its far more accessible. The intro is very dry and forgettable but you can fast forward through it. Much of the talk is through his interpreter but that doesn't seem to detract much. HH's english is actually quite good but he can be difficult to understand to the western ear. I feel anyone attentive to HH's presence and work will enjoy this DVD set. It seemed quite pricy but considering the content and the possibility for real insight and transformation, the cost could end up being the best money one ever spent.

These are very cute songs you can sing together! The children love the motions that go with the music. They will snap, stomp, clap on cue with Raffi!

I have several Rodney Yee videos (6) and I have enjoyed them all from his power yoga for beginners series to to yoga burn. But this one misses the mark. There is not real flow just a set of posture grouped together. Missing is that trademark Rodney Yee dynamic flow. Nothing about this felt helpful. This one won't join my regular rotation of Yee videos in my practice

Although I work out regularly with step and aerobic dance, social dance is a new beast to me. My husband and I watched this video separately and then got together to practice the steps. Cal is very supportive and friendly; he assumes you know nothing about dance and really does teach you the basics, which I would have trouble learning in a class full of other folks. Yes, folks, it's just a start, but it's a great way for rank beginners to get their feet moving. We're purchasing more of the series and recommend this video for those of you who want to dance at the weddings instead of sitting on the sidelines watching.

I have alot of "Firm" tapes and especially like this one along with the "strength" tape. If you are an advanced exerciser, the aerobics in this tape may not be enough to complete your workout. I use "Kari Anderson's Fitness Formula" to round out the aerobic section of this tape (25 minutes of step). This tape works all of your major muscle groups and isn't hard to follow. I especially like using the 14" step. Great, well rounded workout, I highly recommend this tape!

I thought the video was great for basic thorough instructions, but after learning the positions, I found that it was aggravating to have to wait for all the instructions between positions. I also found that because I can't possibly work all the props in my limited space that I can't effectively use the video. For instance, I don't have any vacant wall space, and I don't have an acrylic "wall" prop to use either. I have bought a number of other yoga videos, I look for good instruction, but I also look for flow, and the main thing I look for is if the positions can be done with minimal space and props.
