This is the best movie I have been wanting it for a long time, but was told that it was out of print. So I was on Amazon and typed in the title and found it, I wanted it on DVD but VHS will do at least I have it. My family loves the movie and it brings us together, plus it is a good clean family movie. The ratings nowadays leaves a lot to be desired, but this is one that you don't have to worry about. The movie is from 1978, still popular today. Another on I recommend is The Journey Of Natty Gann. It is a great movie for the family. God Bless!

Most people don't understand the reason why this movie does not have Micheal Myers in it... This sequel was meant to spawn a "series" of movies that showed something strange, dark, weird, or disturbing happening on Halloween besides a killer in a mask chasing horny teens... In other words..."they" were going to drop the Micheal Myers story after 2 and move on to other things... People either didn't catch on or just didn't like the idea, and this movie became a lost cause... I, personally, love this movie...I've seen it more time than any of the other Halloweens...and personally think that its story and acting rise FAR ABOVE the ridiculous re-openings to the Micheal Myers story (parts 4, 5 and "Curse") They should have either stopped the M.M. story at 2 or forgotten about 4, 5, and 6 ...
