I purchased this video when it first came out. I found the regular tae bo videos to be a little intense for my 59 year old body! However, the gold version is designed for the older folks and I've been using it for many years. I only wish it were available on DVD instead of VHS. I've bought it for many of my friends and purchased another copy for myself upon giving away my original. Very good for the abs, and to strengthen your flexibility. I did get a little tired of the music, so made a CD from my Credence Clearwater Best Of to match the moves and play it right along with my exercise video. It's not perfect but close enough for a musical change. It takes very little space to do the exercises, and options for those starting out that can't quite reach or stretch or kick yet. Great for ... While a bit slow moving, this midevil thriller was quite good despite its flaws. The flaws, I think, were brought on by the fact it occured in midevil times and the world is a very, very different place. Still, this was a great movie in its challenge to the subject matter and the thinking of the time. Sean Connery plays William of Baskerville who has recently arrived at a remote abbey with his young novice Adso, played by a young Christian Slater. Some strange events at the monestary have the others convinced that they have been touched by the devil, in that some monks have met some mysterious ends. I was looking forward to this for two reasons. One, it had Fangoria's name on it and two, because I enjoy indie horror movies. Plainly put, I can't believe Fangoria is associated with this film. It has nothing compared to the quality of Lady of the Lake, or Slashers. The dubbing is terrible. Now, I know that this was a german movie dubbed into english, but come on! It just doesn't look right. I've seen skin flicks with better dubbing! The script must have been written by a twelve year old. It's bad, even for a horror movie. After awhile, I watched it in fast forward mode and found nothing remotely interesting to put it back in regular play mode. Avoid this at all costs.
