This series aired on NBC for two years and featured a pair of circus bears leaving the circus. They end up in a swamp and settle down. They help the critters of the swamp deal with gators that would love to eat everybody. A great little series to watch with children. Interesting note: The Late Ed Gilbert played Gus, the father. R.J. Williams played Kissyfur, his son. Four years later they would play another father/son like combo on Disney's Talespin.

I first saw this movie on television when I was a child. The story of the birth of Christ having always been my favorite in the Bible, I was thrilled to see it acted out. This movie gives you a 'what might have been' view of the lives of Mary and Joseph, something that the bible failed to give. Mary and Joseph where a young couple deeply in love, but the discovery of Mary's pregnency, plus Joseph's involvment with the Zelot's, almost drove them apart. We also get a look into the lives of Elizabeth and Zacarias, the parents of St. John. This movie give a completely human view of all characters in what is the most famous story in history.
