VHS : Holiday Treasure
I watched this Thanksgiving themed movie in the 1970s with my then elementary aged daughter and we loved it! I looked for it for many years before finding it on Amazon. Although we have to be satisfied with a VHS version, we were both thrilled to sit together and watch it again after all of these years. It a charming, timeless story with a wonderful message of kindness and generosity. The "Holiday Treasure" should be a must see movie for all families. Thanks to Amazon, we were able to enjoy it again!

VHS : The Firm - Firm Basics: Sculpting With Weights
Tracie Long is a great instructor, always demonstrating proper form, and is easy to follow. I use the "Firm Basics" series along with Leslie Sansone to get started exercising again after being inactive for a while. This tape is for beginners, and those who find the new "Firm" workouts beyond their capabilties. A great start to better fitnes.
This series is not produced on DVD. It would be great if it was.

VHS : The First Churchills
Ambitious series about early generations of Churchills. Drama spans from the time of King Charles II reign thru King James (his brother), King William of Orange (King James' eldest daughter's husband) to Queen Anne, Princess of Denmark (King James' younger daughter). We meet Sara and John who are the first Chruchill couple that marries out of love during brief courtship on the court of King Charles II. Both love each other deeply but are are driven by desire for success, wealth and political ambition. They are devoted to monarchy and while John rises thru the ranks in the British Army and later government, Sara is devoting her life to serving Princess Anne as her favorite Lady in Waiting. It is interesting to see that living in the court is term of employment and it is amazing that these two have been ... Read More

VHS : Firm Total Body: Fat Blaster
I really liked this workout and I'm glad I added it to my collection. It's a fun, efficient cardio workout. After finishing this workout, especially the next day, I could feel it. I really liked all 3 instructors so that was a plus. Allie, Lisa and Nancy were great and the cuing was perfect. This video is great for beginning or advanced exercisers. I am an intermediate exerciser and if I feel the moves are getting too easy I simply add heavier weights for a challenge. The FIRM is unlike any other workout series. You will definitely reach your fitness goals with consistency and a little dicipline. You can not go wrong with a firm video. The thing I really liked about this video is usually when the firm says one of their videos is a "cardio workout" it still usually has a lot of slow & heavy work, but this is truly ... Read More

6.Psycho 3 starring: Gary Bayer, Robert Alan Browne, Patience Cleveland, Juliette Cummins, Jeff Fahey
September 10, 1999
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

VHS : Psycho 3
Psycho III (1986) effectively turns 'Psycho' into its own franchise, but few (if any) horror franchises can claim to have every film in the series be both quality AND actually competently continuing the personification of its character(s) (in this case, Norman Bates obviously, who changes very dynamically as the sequels go on), as opposed to merely rehashing the same 'slasher' plot like the Halloween and Nightmare on Elm Street series.

It should be noted that you should have seen both Psycho AND Psycho II before watching this, as the plot is a direct continuation from Psycho II (and Psycho II from Psycho, obviously). Though not as good as Psycho II (and few sequels could be), it is still a fantastic flick, scary and haunting. Highly recommended.

VHS : My First Mister
I was channel surfing and found this one. I was sucked in and am buying my own copy. Albert Brooks and John Goodman are 'lock' actors for good performances, but who really surprised me was Leelee Sobieski. She shows surprising range of emotion and ability for someone who is very hit-and-miss on film. Case Comparison: "Joan of Arc" vs. "The Messenger", produced pretty close together in time, in which she is outperformed by Milla Jovovich by an embarrassing margin. It is for this very reason that you should buy "My First Mister"; it is a "Monster"-like moment for Sobieski that really departs from her thin, blondie-mannequin archtype all too prevalent in many of her films. At least rent it; you won't be disappointed. Four stars only because of Carol Kane(over the top) and Michael McKean(surprisingly diluted) showing weak performances. The soundtrack ... Read More

VHS : Manny & Lo
I never had heard of Scarlett Johansson before, it was until i saw lost in translation that i wondered about seeing her other work(in films). I was fortunate enough to see Manny and Lo On Spanish TV(i only saw a bit of it, but i was not impressed). Scarlett Johansson is a great actress even as a Child she still was super but i don't think this movie has it at all. I thought it was super boring. I felt this movie as being really sad. I still recommend it to you if you love admire Scarlett Johansson. :-)

Movies i recommend to you on Scarlett Johansson.

They are the following:
(The funny movies)
Eight legged Freaks.
In Good company
Girl with A Pearl Earring
Lost in Translation
Home alone 3.
Perfect Score.
