VHS : Ode to Billy Joe
I had the good fortune of being an extra in this movie, and I went to school with Bobbie Gentry's two sisters, knew her grandparents and have met Bobbie on more than one occasion. The song was fiction, as was the movie. It was not a true story as many people have said. It's a haunting movie, with good performances, especially Robby. I enjoyed working with him on this movie for over a week and watching him as a professional. I have always felt he was an underrated actor, and he has gone on to be quite successful as a director. When we made the movie, we never thought it would have such a long life, but it has. It lives on, and I think that is a testament to the good performances and Bobbie's wonderful song.

VHS : Yoga for Flexibility
This is a great DVD if you've never ever practiced yoga. The poses are very simple and there is a lot of repetition. There is too much explanation, and not enough yoga. The sets aren't as long as they should be since there is so much pre-session explanation.

The pictures on the back cover of the DVD depict poses that are never practiced on the DVD.

Great scenery and music, but definitely not a video for advanced-beginners or intermediate practicioners.

3.Old Boyfriends starring: Talia Shire, Richard Jordan, Keith Carradine, John Belushi, John Houseman
directed by: Joan Tewkesbury

I am on a mission to see every John Belushi film. He was a comic genius and is a screen legend. Tune into Biography for the 30th Anniversary special of Animal House to tide youself over until this great film becomes available on DVD. I read on [...] that this is scheduled for a December 2025 release. Maybe that is when they are planning to release a John Belushi box set, but who knows what format we will be using in 17 years?
