This early 80's creation of an international elite fighting unit with ultra-secret military technology eliminating evil dictators was clearly intended to impress children riled up by the re-introduction of G.I. Joe. However, this movie is terrible. God Awful. Unspeakably poor. However, therein lies its charm. The plot is paper thin, yet impossible to clearly follow. The acting is perhaps some of the worst to ever grace the silver screen. The effects are poor, and if you want the WORST blue screen effects shot EVER (!) be sure to stay to "exciting" finale. I bought this movie because I remembered watching it as a little girl. (I think we had a different version because there was not so much cussing.) This is a good movie minus the cussing. It's really an oldie but a goodie!
