VHS : Double Crossed
I saw this movie a long time ago on HBO and remembered it as being a good movie and very interesting. I took it out the other day and put it in and watched it again. I must say that it seems dated now. I would like to see them remake Barry Seals story now. Hopper is ok but he pretty much is 'Dennis Hopper' with a fake accent. The movie is still good and informative but it just seems like and early 80's movie. The characters are kind of cartoonish and the acting is kind of second rate and that takes away from the realism.

VHS : The Thing
When I first saw this movie,it was a sneak preview with the premiere of Blade Runner, another Sci-Fi classic.I had gone to the movie alone, with my friend "Laughing Sam's Dice"...ok?Anyway,I was just melting into my seat in total connection with the first feature, and in all honesty partway into The Thing, for the first time in my movie career,I walked out,sat in the parking lot trying to compose myself to drive home.I have to consider this like an award level!Present day movie-goer's would consider it differently, the perspective I dealt with was beyond anything that had been released.Anyway,I had to go back, this time,I took my friend Mary Jane, and had a slightly calmer experience that I was able to enjoy to the end without entrails turning into tentacles leaving the screen, and crawling up the ... This movie is offensive and probably would be beyond hurtful to children actually caught up in our foster/adoption system. However, the biggest issue this film has is that it is totally boring. Although the script was written with an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink mentality it fails to capture the interest of child or adult.

4.Terror at London Bridge starring: David Hasselhoff, Stepfanie Kramer, Randolph Mantooth, Adrienne Barbeau, Clu Gulager

VHS : Terror at London Bridge
This definitely is one of the cheesiest made-for-TV suspense/horror movies, but I absolutely love it. That's probably because it was filmed in my hometown of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, when I was in the 5th grade, and one of the few things that has made Havasu famous for something other than out-of-control Spring Break-ers. Plus, David Hasselhoff still had a modicum of respectability in 1985.

5.Spring Break Lawyer starring: Brad Raider, Busy Philipps, Sean Murray, Travis Wester, Adrienne Barbeau

VHS : The Burden of Proof
This is a very good interpretation of the Scott Turow book. 'Burden of Proof' has always been my favorite work from this author. This time Turow makes a lead character out of a terrific supporting character from the previous book ('Presumed Innocent'), the elegant and cunning defense lawyer Sandy Stern. It has a fairly complicated plot which must be handled judiciously in a movie to be understandable, and this movie does it well. The casting is top-notch, especially for Stern and his brother-in-law, who is under federal indictment. This is definitely worth your time.

VHS : The Miracles of Jesus (The Greatest Adventure: Stories from the Bible)
I highly recommend the Miracles of Jesus. It shows true biblical truth! It has amazing art work too! And most importantly the cartoon proclaims Christ as the Son of God our Saviour who shed his blood for the remission of sins.

This is definitely Scary. For young children this movie is way too scary and my kids don't freak to easily.

I can see how others like it. But becareful how you intriduce it to your child.

VHS : Return to Fantasy Island
I remember watching Fantasy Island and enjoyed it. This episode was pretty boring. It's not like the other ones I've watched. The picture quality was terrible! But then again it is on VHS. At least I got it for real cheap. No complaints here.
