It would seem that there is money to be made out there somewhere for a mid-priced laundry sink that falls somewhere between basic el cheapo and restaurant quality stainless steel. This sink falls into the former category, and, while the price is right, and it hasn't collapsed during use, I do get a little nervous every time the washer drains. Still, for the price, I will not complain much other than to say that I suspect that it will not be very long before the surface is permanently stained (but, hey, it's in the basement, right?). Drab, a little flimsy looking, but so far so good.

I've had this exact faucet in my laundry room for 36 years. It was probably the original faucet put in when the house was built in 1958. When it started to leak it was obvious the best thing to do was replace it with another one just like it. Not such an easy task. I searched everywhere. This style was not available anyplace I looked. Not the big box stores or the local hardware stores. I go to Amazon for everything and finally searched for the faucet on Amazon. There it was. It has now taken over for it's elderly relative. Exactly what I wanted at the place where I find everything I look for.

I replaced this faucet in my laundry sink, so that I could be able to more easily turn on and off the water. In addition I wanted the faucet to allow for buckets to be placed underneath it. I am happy to say that this faucet has met both needs. In addition it is well made and was very easy to install.
