The cordless dremel is not just a hobby tool. We have found so many uses for it and have one for the garage and one for the house. It recharges quickly and holds a charge for several days. We find it to be indispensible around the house- from fine detail sanding, taking burrs off metal, making cutouts in sheetrock or tile, even as a podiatry tool. This tool is a real winner.

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NEWER MODEL 38361. IT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE OLDER MODEL 38360. I read other reviews and did research before purchasing this product. And I agree with the consensus. If you use it for what it was intended, it really works great. I'm a veteran of over 50 Wisconsin winters, so I know a little bit about snow. For snow that is 6-8" deep or less, and that isn't of the wet, heavy variety, it cuts through quickly, and gets down to bare pavement easily. Water that's been filtered by PUR is noticeably tastier than water from other filters. I had been using Brita for years but when the dispenser broke, I researched water filters on Amazon and was pleased to see that PUR offered a superior filter. I have been using PUR for over a year now and am very pleased at the result. I will not stinge on the quality to save a few bucks. Water is too important a component of my diet and good health to mess with.

The concept is great and when used on standard electronics, it seems to work well. However, I used one for my PC with two monitors and a desk light. The idea was when I turned on the computer the second monitor and light would also come on (and vice versa). However, I get this cyclying of on-and-off for second monitor and light. I have "adjusted" the strip several times but to no avail. It is really annoying. It also defeats the purpose if I plug the second monitor and lamp into the non-controlled outlets.

this product worked exactly as described. It enabled my fiance and I to move a washer/dryer set, and heavy furniture just between the two of us.

Everything I expected from Makita, so far. The driver came with two fully charged batteries, and in great condition for a factory reconditioned product. It is light and powerful, and the LED worklight is a nice addition. The compact size is very handy when working in tight quarters. The chuck covering is a little soft, and it got very scuffed up and is rough from doing some close work to a screw head. At least it looks used, now. The case is cheap and clunky, but I will be using a tool bag for storage and transportation. The biggest annoyance with this unit is the lack of on-board driver storage. I ordered these to replace the filter in our refrigerator. They came when they were supposed to, had instructions just like they were supposed to, and fit just like they were supposed to. I guess they filter the water, since I don't see any stuff in the water when I get it out of the fridge dispenser.

I bought two of this fan heaters, at the beginning they were working great, but a month later one died, wouldn't even work as a fan, and the other, after six months, I can only set it to run in low power, since in high turns itself off after two minutes, very disappointed, I'd go for something a little bit more expensive but long-lasting.

There was a very simple digital thermostat with no programming features in my townhome when I purchased it. I wanted something that would turn on the heat in the morning before I woke. After reading the reviews on this and other units here at Amazon, I decided on this thermostat. Installation was fast and simple. Programming was even simpler. There's a built-in Energy Star compliant program but I chose to customize. It was a snap. In just a few minutes it was running. It has a large and attractive touchscreen, a 15-second backlight for use in the dark, and an streamlined case that will fit in nicely in almost any home. The Amazon price is much lower than retail stores. I highly recommend this unit to do-it-yourselfers of any skill level.
