Bought these last Christmas. Used the drill to install our kitchen cabinets and also during our bathroom remodel. With two batteries, its always available to use. Definitely 10 times better than the old B&D drill it replaced. I love that it comes in a black storage case, so it's easy to keep it all organized and in one place.

I bought this grinder for use on my job, I'm the Maintenace Supervisor at a multi-use building, and have used it for a wide variety of jobs - everything from simply smoothing out a sticking metal framed door to cutting through rebar when we did some major remodeling. This grinder is easy to handle, being small and lightweight enough to get into a tight spot yet still has the power for tough jobs. It has a simple on/off switch rather than a dead man switch but I feel that is a plus. I sometimes use this grinder for an extended period and like to shift my grip, I wouldn't be able to do that with a dead man switch. As a cut man and carpenter helper, my tape measure is perhaps my most important tool. It enables me to accurately make measurements to be cut. I purchased this tape due to my previous good experience with stanley products and the stand out feature sounded nice. My previous tape that I actually started my job with was a 30' stanley maxsteel, so a lot of my opinions are based in direct comparison to that. On the good side, the fatmax tape does have an excellent standout, which is really nice when you are working alone or dont have someone near by to hold the other end. I used these nails to install 3/4" maple & brazilian cherry hardwood floors at my house. I've used about 1.5 boxes so far and no jams. Only one nail was bent and didn't go through the cherry. That happened to be the last nail in the nailer so I think that's more of a problem of the nailer instead of the nail. Now I put a new row of nails in before it runs out in the nailer. No bent nails had happened since then and it also protect the nailer from dry firing. Great product. It's cheaper at amazon than my local HomeDepot.

DeWalt D5120 Ballistic Nylon Universal Drill Holster The drill holster works great when on a ladder and you need a place to put your drill so it stays within reach. Rugged and made well. Amazon has these at a good price too.

I have used these blades in my comp. miter saw for a number of years. As a contractor, I have logged hundreds of hours over the years with these blades and have been extremely pleased with their performance. Being carbide tipped, they become disposable once they're worn. But if you take care of what you cut, they will last along time and provide good performance. I always keep a worn one on hand for the times I am cutting questional materials (dirt embedded etc...) to keep the good blades sharp.

Burns softer woods (bass) like butter! Have to let it get really hot for harder woods like birch though.

I had one of these. It is good enough for case work like kitchen cabinets but not accurate enough for joining stiles and rails or furniture work. The blade alignment of mine was tilted about 1/64" from one side to the other.

As with all Leatherman tools this one is outstanding, great workmanship and design. It is very small, just the right size for a key chain but still big enough to be handled easily. Got this one for my mother for mother's day and she didn't like it (apparently she needs a special nail file) so I re-gifted it to my girlfriend, who uses it daily. 5 stars, if you need scissors, screwdrivers and a knife on the key chain, get it!

I've used this drill for a year now and it has become my go-to drill for most tasks. It is a great value and well designed product that really takes advantage of the high power density/compact volume of lithium ion batteries. Pluses: Small compact design Great battery life Holds a charge for months Quick to change from drills to screwdrivers Fits in you pocket (Nice for cold weather use) Minuses(all minor): Case design is a little awkward drills in chuck are a little loose Don't let you friends try it Don't even think of of replacing the 12 and 14 volt ni-cad batteries for your old drill. Its cheaper to get one of these and you'll be happier.
