I just got mine and they're everything I hoped they'd be. Plenty of gripping strength and easy to use. I put them on the rack right next to my Craftsman 12"s and plan to use them interchangeably. 24" set will be included in my next order.

I needed this Sander/Polisher for both sanding and polishing (Imagine that). The unit itself is excellent and I love the fact that I can dial it down to 600 RPM. It is really a high quality unit and I'm sure it will outlive me. Despite being advertised as a "Sander/Buffer" the kit does not have any sanding accessories and the sanding pad is difficult to locate on the web. I opted to purchase the additional pad that lists at the same time as the machine, but it just turns out to be another buffer pad, which is already included with the kit. So, after it was all said and done I had to place an additional order to get the sanding pad. Other than all that, I love the unit itself.

This is a great small battery pack. Unfortunately, it seems like many places are getting rid of these tools. The tools are basic, but great for the small projects that my "real" tools would be overkill for. I use the tool to fill my tires all the time!

The best thing is the light weight. It does everything a heavy noisy mower does and I can carry it around on one hand. Love it. Tall weeds get tangled on the axle, but it is easy to untangle them by hand.

I was quite excited as those who have worked with the fixed-size collets know how pesky they are, especially for small drill bits. ohmi Vibration. I contacted Dremel Manufacturing and they, in 1995, had withdrawn this chuck as it was "too heavy" and "did not run true." They were glad to send me a package of fixed collets (but, having about fifteen different Dremels -- AC and battery), I have enough collets, thank you. I needed a mower for the small lawn in back of our home. This push reel mower which has seven blades proved to be a good choice. This is an easy unit to assemble. Out of box you have a complete mower assembly. All you need to do is add the handle. The mower handle consists of four pieces of metal tubing. These are held together by three ¼" machine bolts and three lock nuts. The tools I used for assembly are a 7/16" wrench, a 7/16" socket and a pair of pliers. There are two studs on the mower assembly to connect (mount) the handle. The handle is retained on these studs by "E" rings. I used the pliers to push the "E" rings into place. I just received these and I've not used my Mantis in a weedy area yet so I can't comment on how well they work. But I am pretty unhappy about the false advertising. The description of this item specifically says "Constructed of solid steel for strength and durability." But this is a lie. These parts are constructed of relatively cheap, light weight plastic. I hope they don't need to be strong or durable to survive! It really bothers me when companies make "mistakes" like this that favor themselves and hurt their customers. They may or may not work, but they are definitely overpriced considering they are small, simple pieces of cheap plastic and Mantis is charging quite a bit for them.

Amazon had a great price on this battery, about 1/2 the price of retail. Finally I wore out a battery without having to buy a new drill. Usually the price of the battery is about the same as buying a whole new kit, drill, battery, charger, etc. Goes against the grain to have to replace a perfectly good drill just because the OEM batteries are so expensive. I may just buy another! Shipping was free too!
