I came on Amazon knowing that people would be complaining about the flavor dispensing. Why? If you leave the flavor lid DOWN then the flavored liquid collects in the reservoir and you end up wasting a lot of flavor (it collects and solidifies). I ran into that problem early on, but the solution is extremely simple: flip up the lid of the flavor area before you squirt. Then, as you pour, squirt, and all of the flavor will go right in your glass. This really isn't the greatest product for kids. They will undoubtedly use way more flavor than is necessary. Nor is it ideal if you have plan on having more than three people rush the fridge for water at the same time. I'm torn over only giving this product 4 out of 5 stars. My reason for doing so is the weight of the mop. I purchased one for myself and one for my elderly mom but had to return hers because it was just too diffucult for her to push. The mop itself is only a little heavier than the Swifter WetJet that she has been using - I believe that the microfiber pad causes the mop to drag somewhat, which causes it to be more difficult to push than her WetJet. That said, I kept the unit that I ordered for myself and I couldn't be happier with it! That microfiber pad really bites down against the floor and gets the floor super clean. I love the taste of the water filtered through this pitcher. We've stopped buying bottled water since we got it. But the pitcher design is HORRIBLE. The part of the lid that fits into the pitcher is is maybe a couple of millimeters tall so it barely stays on. When you the reservoir is filled to near the top and you tilt the pitcher even slightly backwards, water leaks into the two-part handle and down the bottom. The flap that covers the spout does not always open easily and it's very easy to dump the top and spill water all over the place. 5 stars for taste, only 1 star for the horrible design. It's hard to believe that Brita didn't do any product testing before putting this on the market.

The air filter worked fine once I got it back into the right shape. It had suffered some shipping damage. It was packed in a nicely oversized box with packing material but was still quite dented when I got it. This required me to bend it back into shape to fit in my filter box.

this is the 3rd waterpik shower head we've had of this model. I was pleasantly surprised to see it still in production, as we've had another brand that no one liked. This one is the best.

I can't review this product's intended performance because I could not install it in the first place! The threading (in what the manual refers to as the nut), by which the product affixes onto the shower pipe, was so frail that it began to disintegrate as I was trying to screw it on. The dang thing just couldn't make a firm attachment. I've successfully installed many similar showerheads before and was by no means using excessive force. Alas, this product seems very poorly made, unlike older versions which I was quite happy with (and had hoped to replace).

It looks good and works well for what it is, but it came packed only with wood screws, I had to get drywall anchors for it.
