Got this for a great price as a lightning deal and I really like it. I can now wash giant pots and pans with ease and the brushed chrome finsh looks very nice. The sprayer is very handy and I use it often.

I love the flavor of the water and the ease of use but the cover needs to be tighter. If all the water hasn't been filtered through and you go to pour through the spout, the cap comes off and a mess ensues.

I like almost everything about this shower head. I don't find it fragile. I like the pressure and I like the different spray patterns from the hand unit. I like being able to use the hand unit while still being showered from above. As for the person that thinks this thing is not a water saver, this shower and all other showers legal for sale in the United States are 'low flow' devices. If it drains water faster than the 'low flow' standard, it is not a legal product. My problem with this head is personal--I've got one of those "automatic shower cleaner" thingies hanging below my shower. This shower head makes it impossible to keep that item in the shower. By far the best showerhead I have ever purchased. We have 3 boys 5 years apart and 3 very different heights and this adjusts perfectly for them. Very easy to use and install and also improves water pressure. We still own the first one we purchased 10 years ago and after daily adjusting between my husband and I, it works perfectly. We have this showerhead installed in all of our bathrooms. It can be pushed up for someone over 6 feet tall or lowered straight down for someone 3 feet tall and it stays exactly where you put it with no problems. Love it and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. (My guests love it also)

These filters work very well. The water in our office tastes terrible because of the plumbing pipes. These filters entirely remove the bad taste; ever since we started using them, people drink more water than they used to. We even use the filtered water to make coffee.

I purchased this as a replacement for an old horizontal one (which was a replacement for an older one that was replaced under warranty when it broke). The vertical one seems like it might work a bit better in our situation but they all suffer from water wicking into the gap between the outer color layer (chrome on ours) and the main plastic body allowing mold to grow. It should have been sealed at manufacturing time but regular cleaning with simple chlorine bleach kills any mold and doesn't hurt the water quality. The lid is sometimes difficult to unscrew since it's smooth and often wet, we have a sticky plastic pad for opening jars that grabs and turns the lid with no problem.
