This was an excellent purchase for the money but you get what you pay for. It takes a while for the screen to display the temperature of the food. It has a cheep feel to it. If you have the money purchase and instant read food thermometer and a seperate fork. But again for the money it does what it is supposed to do, that is why I gave it 4 stars. it also does display in F and C. Every Griller should have a food thermometer, it helps immensly when trying to make sure poultry is safe to eat and so you don't overcook meat.

I love this stand, and had one for years until it was broken during a recent move. I decided to buy another one this year, and also upgraded my Christmas tree. The tree is 9 feet tall and I am having a difficult time getting the base to fit in the stand. I see several on here have used this rotating stand with trees taller than 8.5 feet, and I am curious as to how you made it fit.. Thx

I really like this little grill. It works just as you might hope it would and it's not too big (doesn't take up too much counter space, you know, like all the other appliances you have put away in the cupboard) and what's nice about that is you can leave it out and actually use it. It's super easy to clean - not only is the surface truly non-stick (some say they are, but try to clean them!) but the griddle surfaces snap out easily for cleaning. The unit heats up quickly and evenly and it's brushed stainless steel exterior matches everything in our kitchen from the fridge to the dishwasher. This is a great grill cover! Fits perfectly for my large grill. It is a very heavy-duty, quality cover. The velcro closures keep it securely on the grill, even on very windy days. Would highly recommend it to potential purchasers.

the product itself works decently for the 10 minutes that it lasts. the result can be neater but it does cut the grass- most of it anyway. However, even with my small yard, it took me exactly 2 weeeks to complete. A reviewer wondered why the manufacturer gave no indication of the length of time it takes to fully charge the battery. there's a reason for that dear reviewer, they are afraid no one will buy the product if u knew it takes about 18 hours for maximum charge, after which, u only get ten minutes of power. I love animals, yes mice too and every so often we get field mice in the house, especially when the cold weather comes. I have 2 of these traps, if I see a mouse I set it and place it where I saw the mouse. I do not even use bait in the traps. Mice seem to use the same trail, like if I saw a mouse run across my kitchen near the wall, that's where I will set a trap. They run into it pretty fast and I have my husband bring the mouse to the fields not to far from my house. If you love animals then get this. I have only tried the one for mice but they are very very good.

As I received this product from "Lawn and Patio", one of the burner legs was sticking 6 inches thru the bottom of the original Bayou Classic box. The solution? Put it into another more flimsy box and ship it. Luckily the product itself is quite sturdy and didn't appear damaged. However, I have realized that the unit did not ship with the 20 psi regulator/hose assy, but 10 psi (55000 btu) which has a different end fitting which means I will have to buy more parts to get what I want. At least another $27. The way Amazon does things it is way less than obvious what to do when something like this happens. Usually a lot of effort to get nowhere. I believe the product itself is probably fine. I suggest buying from another vendor not associated with Amazon.

This grill is fantastic! It grills perfectly. There are some foods that my wife doesn't like the aroma of when fried. This grill allows me to cook those foods anytime I want. It's small enough to fit on my back porch so I plan to grill all winter long. If it had a drawback it's the size of the gas canisters. Which is why I will be ordering the large tank adapter.

So far I have used it twice for smoking pork shoulder. Both times it has come out perfect. The controller is not the most accurate, but there are many mods out there that overcome that. With that said both my experiences were with the unit as-is no mods.

I never have left a review before, but this is a new low. I was excited, even with this price tag. First use, it was working for 10 minutes, then it stopped turning. I was under the 5 LB food limit, so it doesn't make sense. Okay, I tasted the meat after cooking and it was not better than a plastic bag marinade. Please, please, do not purchase this.
