The materials and look of this item are great in the picture and pretty good in real life. The install directions weren't as good as they could be. This is a review update: We've had it now for 2 years and it works well. A great space saver with no problems. Materials are good - looks as good as new.

I bought one of these faucets for each bathroom. I had ordered them on the gold box but they were not able to fill the order after all.They were delayed but we did get them. I am so glad we did receive them,because I love these faucets. They look so nice and expensive. I am really proud of them. I think they will give us a lot of yrs. of service.

I had a difficult time finding a medicine cabinet this size to replace an old one. Given the hole in my wall, I couldn't change styles or sizes. After hunting through the big box home improvement stores and smaller hardware stores I turned to Amazon, and of course I found what I was looking for! The mirror quickly arrived - surprising given the free shipping. I admired the careful packing - there was no way this would break in transit! The piece was just what I needed. At first I was a bit disappointed that the housing is plastic, not metal, but I appreciated the lightweight plastic when installing the cabinet by myself. I agree with everyone else. The quality of this faucet is horrible. Just one week after it was installed, one of the plastic rings in the handle fell apart. Unfortunately, they design these products to be replaced after a certain point in time. But one week?!!! I'll never buy a Moen again. All flash and no substance. What a disappointment.

Unfortunately, they design these products to be replaced after a certain point in time. But one week?!!! I'll never buy a Moen again. All flash and no substance. What a disappointment.
