Very attractive unit, but the high speed fan setting (which provides good stove top venting) is not useable do to the extreme noise level. However, the lights are nice.

Works well, it is not my first cartridge, I've used a shower filter for years now. It will last more than a year for one person showering daily, but it is helpful to have a coupling for back flushing the unit. Additionally, it is difficult to install this filter in the housing without large water pump pliers, medium pliers, and Teflon tape. If you don't use these tools and tape to reseal the cartridge in the housing, the housing will leak. Last, as the cartridge ages, hot and cold will mix differently, and sometimes it will take a subtle adjustment of the hot water to get anything other than cold water out of the head. I'm not sure if this applies to newer thermostatic valves.

This is the worst microwave oven I ever used, quality wise and customer service wise. It didn't work out of the box. The tray keeped turning while the door was open. I had to press the "Power" botton to stop it (strange!). More ridiculous thing was that when I pressed any number, it would run the whole minutes. For example, when I pressed "5", it started to run 5 minutes. So it didn't allow me to choose any time longer than 10 minutes, because when I pressed "1", it already started its 1 min run. The customer service is even worse. The guy tried to persuade me that the oven was designed to run the way it was. But he could not figure out how to set up a 15-minute run. Worst part was that I would have to pay a $15 shipping to get this defective oven replaced! Read More

I was hoping to keep a little warm moist air in the house with this product and it does that. The design could be a little better because it doesn't keep all the lint in it. When I turn the dryer on, it blows all over (even tho it has plenty of water in it) There is also a little plastic insert in the middle that will not stay in place. It does trap a lot of lint in the water (which makes me wonder when I have the dryer hooked to the outside line where all that goes!! That is probably why the outdoor vent cover is stuck open so often!) Again, I think it is a great concept, it just needs a little fine tunimg.

This was received as a gift. At first I didn't know what I was going to do with it, as it was too wide to sit between the burners of my new-style, high grate gas stove, which this was intended for, I think, to sit between the burners. I finally figured out this fit under my B*nn coffeemaker, which sits on the counter under the cabinets. In order to pour in the water, the coffeemaker had to be scooted out, then back under the cabinet in it's usual space. The feet on the bottom of the coffeemaker skidded and jerked, going back and forth. Now, with this sitting underneath, going back and forth is a breeze, as the counter mat scoots much better than the machine alone. I wore the first one out and just purchased another.
