I was using Brita pitcher and Brita faucet mount before. I wanted more economical and neat looking way to get rid of iron taste (our water is well water and the pluming is old). This unit works great. We also install the sediment filter on upstream though, the taste of water comes out of this faucet is as good as Brita filtered water. Installation was easy, and the faucet comes with is great looking. After a month, This unit is still giving good flow rate which is faster than Brita Faucet mount I was using before. But I imagine enough water pressure needed on upstream of this unit so if you have clogged old pluming on upstream, you may not get desirable flow rate.

The filters for my new undercounter water filter, most needed in rural Tennessee, were available only by special order at ACE hardware where I'd purchased the unit. All I can say is "Thank goodness for Amazon". Just another example of how survival would be most difficult here without it/them.

I recently purchased a Stanco Metal #GS-1200 Grease Strainer Cup/Lid which was heavily damaged during delivery. Upon contacting the company, I was told that there were no more in stock and that I could just mail the item back. I informed them to mail the item back was more expensive than the item itself. Later that day, a representative called to inquiry as to why I was dissatisified with the company. After explaining the situation, I was given a full refund of the product and my shipping and handling cost returned as well. I appreciate business like this and would consider purchasing from this company again.

I rate the Omni Filter teriffic. This vendor had a very good price on "each" Omni Filters. I sent them three requests about freight charge if I ordered three from them and the only reply was their Auto Reply. service. They never answered my question so they lost my order. I advised them I would make this comment due to their poor customer service. I found another provider at Amazon that had an even better offer and I ordered today.
