Solidly built and great for adding a faucet to another yard location without hiring a contactor. The only thing I didn't like is the tiny faucet knob. Why couldn't they put in a better knob?

Well made tool, similar to those in Home Depot and Lowe's. It works really well now that I've put a sharp edge on the flat side with my bench grinder. We live in Texas, and we have several raised-bed gardens. The bermuda grass loves to run under the landscape timbers and into the rich, organically improved soil that's inside those timbers. The "teeth edge" of this tool is good for "grabbing" the runners and pulling them out; bermuda is tougher than wire once its roots get connected with the soil. It's a good tool and I would recommend it to anyone considering buying a macro-level tool for working in gardens and flower beds.

I purchased this for my daughter. She has a big side yard that "was" full of dandelions. She had been pulling them by hand and had filled 3 big black garbage bags full. She was pleasantly surprised when the Yard Butler Rocket Weeder arrived. She says it does a wonderful job on the smaller dandelions and saves her back. It is a bit more difficult to extract the larger weeds, which she still pulls by hand, but on the whole she is pleased with it's performance.

For a small lawn this works well. Soil/lawn should not be too hard before using the Aerator. I hit a hard spot while pushing down on the Aerator and it slightly bent one of the Aerator prongs. Sometimes both prongs were jammed due to small rocks in the soil of the lawn. Use of a screw driver to poke out the blocked prongs worked well. Other than that I am very happy with the tool. Overall it worked well and my grass is actually greener looking now.

This product came defected, returned to Amazon,, hope to get the full refund. Reordered, and the product works great. Look out for the point, make sure not puncture the plastic hose for the watering system.

This is a great product for tilling between plants and other areas where I can't use my larger mechanical tiller. It pushes into the soil easily and twists back and forth with light to moderate effort. The bar just above the tines is very useful for helping to push them into the ground by stepping on it. I have used the tiller for a few hours in a day and although there is some work involved my arms didn't end up sore nor did I get especially tired from it. I am very satisfied with this tool.

This spike aerator is great for a small lawn. I would not recommend this if you have like an acre of land, but for a townhouse it's just the right size. I found that it works easily with even slightly dry soil, and in addition to working as aerator, it can also help break large clumps of soil, or remove weed by twisting the tool on the surface of the soil.

This is definitely sturdy enough to hold the house and keep it from getting kinked and tangled. It was odd that it was shipped without the screws to mount to the wall.

I have a really thick St. Augustine (Floratam) lawn that was grown entirely from plugs. I've had mixed results with this tool, but more times than not the plug I cut doesn't come out of the ground. The problem seems to be that it doesn't cut a deep enough hole to sever the roots so when I cut (stepping on the bar) and then pull up, the plug often stays put. I try wiggling and cutting more and at various angles but in the end I often have to reach under and yank the plug out by hand. On a few occasions where I took the plug from a less thick part of my yard it worked as expected; however I prefer to take my plugs from the thickest and healthiest part of my yard. I suspect this would work well on other varieties of grass better than Floratam. The tool is well made and seems sturdy ... Read More
