I needed to elevate my shower head so that i would not have to stoop down to rinse my head. This did the trick. Easy to install and a nice spray pattern. Makes for a much more enjoyable shower

Purchased this unit to pair with a fixed wide patter showerhead for walk in shower. Wanted a hand held option for cleaning, as well as massage options. The water pressure is adequate but not strong, even upon removing the flow restrictor. The massage action is OK, but not as strong as my original shower masssager from the mid 1980's. The vinyl hose is annoying as another reviewer mentioned, in tat it does not hang well and can result in shower head twisting while using it.

This product, even after you remove the flow restricters, does not perform as strongly as the old one. I am now looking for the original version. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for strong pulse action.

Bought this shower head combo after buying two other more expensive equivalents from Delta and Peerless. This one feels a little cheaper and is made of primarily plastic parts. Although the other two purchases appeared to be higher quality with heavier metal-like parts (which are probably plastic), they leaked and I quickly returned them. This Waterpik is not bad for the money and the lifetime guarentee is promising.

Selected this showerhead for a large walk in shower and paired with a handheld unit using a 2 way splitter. Wide design allows for a wide shower area, and with removal of the flow restrictor shower head had ample water pressure. I have not used the setting for the concentrated spray in the center, but could be useful if low water pressure or need string water spray for rinsing etc. Face of showerhead is metal, but rest of unit is plastic, but not a negative as feels well made. Would recommend again due to performance for the price.

This shower head is so good I bought two - even though Amazon.com couldn't ship to the UK, and Amazon.co.uk doesn't stock it !! It gives a nice wide strong stream, which is easily directed with the flexi-hose. Self installation very easy.

For several years, we've used Delta handheld shower with Aquasana water filter Then, a few months ago, the Delta broke and it was time for a replacement. We did a thorough research on Amazon and decided to purchase this Waterpik. The design looked good and the handle was very light. Regrettably, there was too much cheap plastic all around. So why the three stars? First, the harsh smell of the new rubber shower hose. How can I enjoy a nice, peaceful shower when I am enveloped in a toxic cloud? After 4 weeks of daily use, the Waterpik hose still smells awful. I replaced the hose with a 72" stainless steel shower hose from local "BDF hardware" (got it?) store. This is a great shower head but there is a leak on the arm adjustment. Wish I bought it in the store now!!!!! Then I could get a return.

this is the 3rd waterpik shower head we've had of this model. I was pleasantly surprised to see it still in production, as we've had another brand that no one liked. This one is the best.
