I hesitated in purchasing this because I didn't think it would actually fit in my old fixtures but it did. Not only did it fit but gives a nice warm bright light instant on and saves me over 250 watts in my kitchen. I replaced my old bulbs with these and lower my electrical bill considerably.

The light from these CFL bulbs is too white, not soft enough. Does not work well with a candelabra application...

This product is great. I live in bay area CA and I want something that can serve as emergency light during earthquake. Because it is LED, so it use very little electricity. The night light LED is brighter than the regular LED night light I have before. The light sensor is also much more sensitive. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is the location of the plug. It is near the middle so when you plug in, it will block the other outlet. I bought it from amazon marketplace. I wish amazon would carry it so I can save on shipping costs

After ordering another device that was supposed to turn on light if the power went out and did not work, I was naturally gratified that this product works as advertised. I would like for the LED power failure light to be a little brighter.

Okay, at $2,691.76 for four (or $672.94 each) this bulb is outrageously expensive, but it does light up my house. Not only that, but I save at least $7 in energy and light bulb replacement costs each year relative to incandescent light bulbs that cost $1.25 each. You turn the switch on and these lights come on right away, just like an incandescent bulb, but I feel a lot better knowing that I got shafted to the tune of $670 per bulb to reduce my carbon footprint. Why not go the extra mile and buy the "SYLVANIA 13-Watt 120-Volt Compact Fluorescent MiniTwist Lamp with Medium Base, Warm White, 12-Pack" combo for an extra $30. Nothing says environmentalist putz better than this bargain.

Try 10 hours of useable (that you can read by) light, and perhaps 25 hours of any light at all. But then comes the real fun - changing the batteries. AAA batteries are easy to find these days, and I had plenty in stock when the time came. But the three phillips head screws that keep the light together are an odd size. None of the many phillips head screwdrivers in the house fit it, not even my computer sized ones or the ones I had to fix sunglasses (the screws are somewhere inbetween those two sizes). If I have to buy a screwdriver to change the batteries on one light, it's not worth my time. Especially if that light doesn't even work as advertised.

I bought this light a while ago at Home Depot for about $5 and change. It is a fairly good light for what it is. It not going to illuminate a room,but for small area applications,it's just fine. I use mine for the bed of my truck. Use industrial strength velcro instead of the sticky tape on the back and you won't go wrong. This is no Surefire flashlight,But if the lights go out and you need a little light,this one is pretty good
