We have purchaced several of these compressors over the last year, we use them to power low energy door opener systems. They are light, small and very quiet as compared to other low cost compressors we have used in the past. Can't say how long they will last as the oldest one we have has only been in service for 11 month's but we have had no problems whatsoever with the units. So far we think it's a great unit at a great price.

This nailgun does not disappoint as well as all other Senco products. This is a strong nailer in tough oak treads and is very consistant in setting nails in the trim work I install. I would buy this item again. It is also lighter than the other Senco finish nailers I have owned in the past. A plus is the no worry of oiling it daily, plus there is no worry of getting oil on whatever I am nailing when I accidentally over oil, which is rare,but can happen. I am a trim/stairwork carpenter and this is an excelent nail gun.

I found that this is the best way to go when you need a tool like this, it is a big time saver and, you don't need other tools with you when you have this, I don't need my other screw drivers, or to drill holes. that why I bought this. and one more thing the price was just right.

Although amazon did a good job packaging the box of nails in a standard cardboard shipping container with packing peanuts, the manufacturer's box which houses the nails had so much air space and freedom of movement for the nails that it looked like a box of chicklets by the time that it got to me rather than 26 organized strips of nails. I don't know whether or not that was because the delivery guy decided to use my package like a soccer ball (the outer packaging had no visible signs of damage), but the nails were completely un-usable by the time that they got to me - I had to throw almost 75% of them away because the pieces were too small to see the directional arrow printed on the side of the nail strips.

I use this gun quite frequently during the spring/summer/fall months for installing trim, as I'm part owner of a window installation company. The gun is handy, and when it works, it's a great tool to have. However, I own 2 of these and both have been sent off under warranty to be repaired MANY times. One was just sent off last week.. a few months prior it stopped firing, I sent it off and they installed 'new upgraded parts to fix a known problem'.
