Sprinkler is workng well so far. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I like the fact that you can adjust how fast it goes (2 speeds) and how far the sprinkler sprays.

This is a nice item and the metal base is heavy enough to keep it securely in-place. But the price Amazon is charging is outrageous. I picked it up for 1/2 the price at a local hardware store ... not on sale!

Have not purchased these yet, but do own several of the LR Nelson N109C quick disconnects. I was curious was if the new #50336 would be compatible with the older N109C so I contacted LR Nelson directly. Their response... They are exactly the same item,just re-numbered. Hope this helps someone. Jeff

I have had several of these simple to use watering systems and when used appropriately, they are great. They last four to five years, and can be gently moved to other locations. They solved my need for an inexpentive, easy to install above ground watering system.

We have one of these that my parents bought during the 1960's. Still works great and looks good. Never had rust problems, but WD40 does help make it easier to screw onto hose. Paint had peeled over time, so I painted it yellow. Nothing wrong with mine. I just want another one for running two at the time. Not knowing if these were still available, I just checked online and found it along with the new square sprinkler, which I plan to purchase ASAP! Hopefully, the quality hasn't changed. Happy watering!

What an awesome product! Very strong spray and very pleased for the price paid for two sprayers. They can be combined with another hose for added spraying. I have an average size yard and the spray is so great, that I was watering both mine and either neighbor's yard as well. Sprayer works at a quick pace allowing me to water my front yard in about 45 minutes. This can easily be adjusted if necessary. Very sturdy metal post and the plastic top is said be highly resistant to breaking. I would definitely buy again as I am very pleased with the Nelson name.

I wanted to use two of these sprinklers to water some freshly tilled, raked, and grass-seeded ground. The water started pooling on the ground within five feet of the sprinkler while the rest of the coverage area was barely damp. I returned them. I subsequently got much more even coverage with oscillating and pulsating sprinklers.

I bought this timer for about $13. It worked flawlessly for about 2 months. But now, the flow will not shut off anymore. It stays wide open after the timer gets to zero time. I am now a bit more shy about buying a 'cheap' timer again. Saving a few bucks now might cost me many more bucks if the water won't cut off when I want it to. Just my 2 cents worth....
