Overall, this was a straight-forward installation. Pro's - Installation was, at most, a 15-minute effort. NOTE: the SL-6017 switch/receiver is intended to replace a single-pole switch. If you have a three-way switch (that is, a circuit where two or more switches control the same lights, you will need the three-way switch that comes with SL-6023 or you will need technical support to jumper out one of your existing switches.) - Uses existing lights - no need to replace expensive lights - Dual-brite works as advertised - 240-degree motion sensor has an excellent field of view and was easy to adjust. I bought several products from this company and have used them for several years. The products are all barely functional at best. I bought several transmitters and receivers and have been extremely disappointed in the results. The motion sensor will frequently not turn the lights on or will leave them on even with only a few feet between the transmitter and receiver. Stay away from these products.

Bought two of these units before reading any reviews. Took one back thinking it was defective and bought two more. Now I have four that do little more than waste hours of my time setting and resetting. I have switched frequencies and everything else conceivable with no results. Save your money and buy a real security device.
