like the man says, NOTHING TURBO about it. My husband removed the washer, fiddled around with it; but, the result was the same. I can't believe the manufacturer did not know what a failure this product is. To label it as turbo is beyond 'misleading'.

This sprinkler works well but overall I do not like it: 1. the width adjustments are difficult to change. You have to pinch two tabs and slide the adjuster which bends the flexible tube from which the water shoots out. I seem to have to pinch them very hard and I feel like I am going to break the plastic. 2. It is difficult to exactly adjust the range. This is very inconvenient compared to oscillators that have tabs on the side to control how far in one direction the sprinkler goes. This one has a dial that you have to set - and you have to do it before you turn the water on or you will get soaked because you can't rotate the sprinkler manually - it doesn't budge.
