our electric company has raised our rate a penny per kilo watt hour. This dose not sound like much but if my TV uses 200 kw an hour then it cost me $2 to watch 2 hours! This Kill-A-Watt reader is great for showing me where my power hogs are in the house. The only problem I have with it is that it was a little hard to understand. I wish that the instructions were easier to read and understand what the numbers mean. This reader showed me that my energy saving light bulbs still rack up a lot of power! and so dose my laptop which I was always told used a LOT less power then a desk top.

2 years and it's still going. I have set it up in my kitchen window starting in spring and take it down before winters arrival. When the AC is on I simply cover the fans with 2 paperplates so as not to lose any of the AC. Granted, the paper plates many not be so pretty but it does the job. When the weather is a bit cooler outside but still hot indoors, this fan does the job I personally bought it for! I have been asked a few times whether I had the AC on when in fact it was just this little fan doing it's thing. All in all I am very pleased and hope to get many more 'cooler' years with it.

The sanders included are small, so you will need coarse 1/2 bands for any pet larger than a toy breed. I have a dobe/aussie mix (large nails) that has disliked getting his nails trimmed since being a puppy. I need to replace the batteries after every other use or else the speed is not fast enough to grind his thick nails. After each use, I also disconnect the battery piece from the handle to retain the charge. Once familiar with the buzzing, my dog definitely prefers a Dremel versus a nail clipper. It is also difficult to hit the quick of the nail if you use a light touch. I like the cordless feature because it's easier to handle and easy to transport. I'm loving this thing for the amusement factor alone. While it's not perfect for my purposes, it is getting the job done. This sprinkler deterrent would be perfect for a medium-sized (or larger) garden, but I bought it to keep my young dog out of my 8X12 front yard planter. It works, but pulling the cars into the driveway also triggers it and occasionally people walking past my house on the sidewalk have triggered it, too. I've had this for almost a month now and have used it three or four times. We have an acre lot about one-half heavily wooded, so about half an acre of grass. The battery powered trimmer is light and easy to use and quite powerful. It comes with two batteries and I'm still working off the original charge of one battery and it is showing no deterioration in power. I recommend it for anyone except those having a very large area to trim.

two of them work pretty well. the third - not at all. i got it to light up very very briefly, and it was very dim. Tried it with new batteries, and assorted swapping of parts, and while it will flash bright, it would not stay on or bright. The ones that work, are impressively bright for their size. Overall, however - I am unhappy with the product. the electrical connections are flimsy, and frankly.. you shouldn't have to be a handyman to get a flashlight to work. I didn't order 2 with a broken one thrown in free - i ordered three.

Having owned the Skeletool CX for 2 days now here are my thoughts. First, it has a pocket clip--When it was announced I tried to find this out, even calling the company and could not get a straight answer. I always have a bunch of stuff in my pockets, car keys, etc and a large knife is not something I want to add to the confusion. Second, I was carrying a Benchmade mini-griptillian and I love it. It also has a pocket clip--my only complaint with the benchmade is that it is just a knife. Need a screwdriver, go find one. Pliers, go get those too. The Skeletool provides the tools I need without extra stuff or extra weight. It fits in my pocket and with the clip is handy when I need it. Not much to say about this one. It works just fine and gave me no hassles. My only gripe is that PUR removed the automatic gauge that was built into the filter. I used to be able to look at the filter and see how much was left before it was time to replace it. I don't know why they stopped that but otherwise the filters are great!
