All of the plastic parts that hold the back axel and two wheels on were broken (I think there were four). It was snug in the Amazon box, but I think it must have been poor quality plastic in order to break just by placing it in the box. The broken plastic pieces were in the box. I really doubt that plastic could have withstood being used out in the garden with an adult scooting on it. I hate returning items but this was beyond use.

Although I could have gotten this for about 20.00 less at a local store, I'd have had no way to get it home, so I ordered it from Amazon. Within days it was delivered to my door and a short time later it was out of the box and assembled without difficulty. I do a lot of yard work, about 100 square feet worth of vegetable 'square foot gardening' as well as my large flower garden, and various improvement projects. I never thought I would look forward to composting, but this product makes it fun. Every day I take kitchen scraps out and add them. Next I rotate and change the day. It is light, but strong, and the stand is perfect. Good job. It takes one or two times to get the hang of the cover, but it is very well made.

I originally ordered this product from the Tumbleweed company (in Dallas) and I will say that I did not have a good experience overall in terms of shipping. After almost three weeks of the initial order I discovered that the composter had already made a whole trip back to Dallas before it got to me again. According to a representative at Tumbleweed, UPS had lost the package and because of that it was returned to the sender. She re-sent it via FedEx and I received it within 3 days as promised. FYI... Now, about the actual product...the construction is amazing! Its a simple design (i'm a 28 year old man, by the way) but it will take you a little time. This thermometer worked well for a while then got stuck at 80 deg. I think the shaft twisted slightly apart from the face part as I pulled it out of one of my compost piles.

I am so pleased with my new Achla spinning composter. It was a fraction of the cost of the ComposTumbler that I was also considering. It was also quite simple to set up, and easy to turn, even completely full. I believe the black plastic exterior helps to heat the contents and facilitate the composting process. Although I filled it with pungent horse manure and kitchen scraps, there is little to no smell unless the lid is open. I will write back and let you know how my first batch of compost turns out.

I bought two of these to carry my trash barrels to the curb and I can fit 2 big barrels in each cart. They carry alot of weight, they travel nicely, and I have had them for a year and they still work like new. The only problems that I have is that I have to put the side bars nback on every few weeks if I overload them. The directions were a little confusing and you have to be careful because the metal edges are sharp and they cut deep if you not careful!

The cart was delivered promptly to my door. I put it together in about an hour, and it was ready to go. The huge wheels make it easy to travel over all the different kinds of terrain we have on the property. Having the dump feature with the sliding front panel is terrific. It's wider than my wheelbarro so it won't make it through a couple of my gates.I have to take the long way around to get to the side yard.

Jackson wheelbarrows are probably the best on the market. I've been in the concrete business for over 30 years and I've seen all kinds of wheelbarrows come and go but Jackson's endure. But, $132.00? Someone must have been hallucinating when they set that price. Home Depot sells the same item for $99.00. And check out that site that's selling them for $24......if you pay the shipping charges of over $200.00!! Shop wisely.
