This pump worked great for draining my pondless waterfall the only problem was that the discharge is 1 1/4 and the hose I purchased was 1 1/"2 so off to the plumbing store for a jerry rigged adapter. I would have like the pump to come with 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" after all the discharge hose that they recommend is 1 1/2".

Works great. Replaces the exact same model that lasted about 4 years. I never cleaned it as recommended, it does grow stuff inside.

After my builder's grade sump pump died after six years of use, I decided to upgrade to a better unit. Worked good for the first two years, but now will not engage by itself. I can tap the float to make it work, but it will not work on its own when the water level requires it to turn on. After collecting model/serial number & purchase info, I contacted Wayne. As covered in other reviews, the lifetime warranty covers very little of the unit. In fact, the company's customer support folks expect for the switch to be replaced every two years at over $30 a pop. The switch includes the cover assembly, and you must drain and refill the oil before replacing the switch and top. I was able to install the recirculation pump and valve within 30 minutes. The only tools I used were two adjustable wrenches and adjustable pliers. I plugged the pump in to the electrical outlet and within five mintues I had instant hot water in my bathroom. I have the timer set for our shower times. If we take a shower when the pump is NOT set to run all I do is turn the switch to run and wait five mintues and we have instant water. I have recommended the The Priemier Hot Water Recirculation Pump to family and friends.

The pump looks very high quality and evacuated the sump pit very quickly. I prefer the float switch over the tethered system. Installation is easy, ignore the manual, the best instructions are right on the box. I was disappointed when I saw the same pump at the local Farm & Fleet for $90 instead of $115 from here.

The hose is a good size and allows the sump pump to pump more fluid per minute than the garden hose. The only problem is the hose has a 1 1/2 adapter and the pump came with a 1 1/4 fitting. All else is good.

Solved my problem with emptying rain barrels. This pump proved to be just the ticket to distribute rainwater in the lawn and garden area with enough pressure to even get a decent spray going.

This pump literally saved my heating unit. After torrential rains flooded my basement and rising water level threatened to destroy my new furnace, I called for the pros to pump out my basement, but they were too backlogged with emergency calls to timely respond to my problem. I quickly ordered this unit. It came via overnight shipping and quickly went to work pumping hundreds of gallons of water out of the affected area. It's fast, reliable and easy to operate. This unit also pulls double duty emptying my outdoor fish pond for cleaning. One of the best purchases I have ever made and I will never be without this unit. Works great, Installed easily. It has already been successful in shutting off my pump after an open pipe drained my system of water pressure. It was a bit time consuming re-pressurizing my system but a lot better than replacing a pump.

This check valve is a totally reliable and durable product, and it's worth every penny to know that you don't have to worry about back-flow issues. I just bought a new check valve along with a new sump pump, but to be honest, I could have kept using the 10 year old Zoeller check valve on the old pump. They recommend replacing the check valve any time you replace a pump, but these things last forever!
