Great product. Earlier I tried local brands but did not like them. Finally got back to Brita. I got 10 pack for about 35$. Thanks Amazon for having this deal earlier.

I just wrote this to Brita about my slim pitcher: I have model 0803 and to say I hate it would be an understatement. If I hated it just a tiny bit more, it would be in the garbage even though it isn't two months old and I have four more filters to use. The lid falls off whenever I try to pour out of it, the innards want to fall out which probably makes the lid come off, and the little spout thingy falls off. It is as though no one ever actually tried to USE the darn thing before they sent a whole load of them to WalMart. Just so's you know--it's a piece of garbage and I'll never trust the Brita brand again. ----- Seems to be a different model than the one on Amazon, but the other reviewers have the same problems I did except no carbon in the ... If you have never had filtered water, then you do not know what you are missing. When you use this Brita you will see and taste the difference in your tea, coffee or whatever else you use it in. I use Brita filtered water in my Espresso Machine and do not have to decalcify as often. I also use filtered water in all my cooking. The slim design of this Brita makes it fit in the refrigerator much better. And the timer comes in handy to remind me to change the filter. Some have said that it leaks when transporting. I simply fill it up all the way then wait for several seconds until the water goes down slightly before I lift it from the sink. Problem solved. i have had my brita for more than 6 years and never had a mold problem or a leak i recently bought this new pitcher with the digital top only because my brita cracked after my son dropped it, guess it was time to upgrade. Just like with the old one the new one is just as good i've had it for over six months and its been good and i would highly recommend it

This filter makes our yucky city water taste so much better! And the filter lasted a lot longer than I thought it would. Our water has a lot of minerals in it and I figured the filter would clog up quickly, but it lasted about three months! These filters are much cheaper than buying bottled water, are much more convenient, and there's less waste.

I love this product, and use it daily in the store I own. This is how my employees and I get our filtered water - saving the environment from all the plastic bottles, and my bank account from premium delivery service! The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is because if you over-fill the top, or even fill it to where I believe is the correct level and hold it slightly tipped toward the back, it will leak out the handle area up on top. I know it does this, so I watch it...but my employees are not always so careful. If it were more contained in this one area, it would be a perfect product.

filter for aquaview brita, works as advertised. Like it better than above faucet style. It filters lead out which leeches from copper soldered joints.

My family and I have been using Brita water filters for close to twenty years now and would swear by them. We started with a gallon filter unit that we filled with water and then used as needed. And we did use it for all our drinking and cooking needs. Now we have a filter build right into our refrigerator and it is even more convent to get a cold drink of water. The replacement filter we just got is great. You just twist out the old filter and twist in the new one, run the water until the air is out of the system plus a gallon or so and it ready. These filter do a great job cleaning the water and it tastes clear and cold. I highly recommend them.
