Will do the job of cleaning up after a day of cutting the lawn.Works best on smooth artificial surfaces like walkways, driveways, and garage floors. Will NOT help much with fall cleanup particularly on grass surfaces as it quickly loses power and is underpowered for this kind of work.

The product works good. But if you secure the hose to the leaf blower and the leaf container with a bunge cord it works better. The only problem I had was trasfering the processed leafs to the paper bags that they must be stored in until pick up. What is needed is a plastic frame the holds the paper bags so that the leafs can be blown directly into the paper bags; that way you would avoid having to transfer or handle them again.

I got two falls out of this leaf-vac before the little male-plastic bar that holds the fan/hand unit into the blowers female part broke as I cleared the 20th jam of the day today and tried to hook the unit back together. Before it broke...it was heavy even empty and bulky to maneuver. It jammed very easy at the narrow hole from the machine to the bag. The bag was always flying off my shoulder no matter how I adjusted the strap. I give it a positive review for the blowing action. It blows grass off the driveway and walkway good. When it wasn't jamming it sucked very dry loose leaves up. It jams on bunches and god forbid there is a little moisture on them. Won't buy a B&D replacement.

I should have gotten the bigger model. The battery doesn't last long enough and the force isn't as strong as I'd like it to be. It is a good product but, I simply should have gotten the larger one.

We have had 2 of these (from Lowe's), used primarily for vacuuming. Works pretty well on leaves and grass, but will not pick up acorns. Major complaint is that the motor burned out in about a year each time. I'm planning to buy a Toro 51599 instead.

More than adequate if needed just to blow leaves, twigs, etc. Very strong and performs well. Very economical and efficient.
