I returned it due to the low-fan speed not working, the fan was always on high speed, even when in low-heat mode. But, I also noticed, when in auto mode, when it came close to the set temp it would switch from high heat to low heat (I noticed by feeling the heat with my hands, as my unit's fan was stuck on high all the time), but it wouldn't cycle off because it didn't reach it's set temp yet, but this made it run alot longer to reach the set temp. If it just stayed in high heat mode until it reaches the set temp then it would cycle off sooner. So, I didn't like the way it worked - plus when it's real cold out, it may never be able to reach the set temp since it goes into low heat mode when it gets close. I think this is a design flaw.

You can use them but don't sweat. I was removing a pop corn ceiling and had to take them off because I could not see.

I bought this heater to replace one that used up to much electricity. I love the fact that the auto thermostat keeps it comfortable in my living room. The auto timer is also convenient when you don't always remember to shut it off before leaving the house...I would definitely recommend this as an inexpensive but great heating source.

Picked it up on a discount via a company initiative to ensure everyone had adequate smoke detectors in their homes. It was easy to install and seems reliable.

Replaced basic alarm with this Dual mode unit. It took about 5 min to install. Great price.

This is a great product and upgrade to my shop. I haven't run it through all the paces yet as I've been building my shop instead of "stuff." Very versatile with a lot of little gadgets. From what I've seen you cannot go wrong with this. I particularly like the ability to do repetitive cuts with the stop attachment.

I purchased this saw in Jan 2007 from Amazon & have have used it a lot in the past 2 years - mostly on projects that involve customized moldings from wide stock for a house restoration project. The unit was square & true right out of the box with no adjustments necessary. As has been frequently mentioned in previous reviews, the saw dust collection system leaves a lot to be desired though not a big deal in my shop. This unit replaces a 15 year old Delta saw & I expect to get the same performance out of this one. After 2 years of heavy use, I would buy this saw again.

The product is compact, however, it is very sensitive when cooking and goes off too easily. The remote shut off only works once and then you manually have to shut it with the button located on the unit. When I puchased it I thought you could always use the remote shut off, however, that is not the case.

I got the Lasko 6350 at Tar-jay back in January (around $50). Despite short-comings like beeping loudly at every button push, lack of a fan-only option, and an inconsistent thermostat, I was overall pretty content with its operation. I used it moderately to keep my bedroom comfortable from January through May or so, then gave it an extended summer vacation. Brought it back on the scene around early October. It was working fine for a day or two, then just refused to turn on. When I plug it in the little red power light still comes on, but it doesn't beep anymore. I had the impression this Fluorescent Worklight was on mini-tracks and could move around like a mini-tank with a remote wire when you can't move it by back muscle. Well, just be aware, you have to lug this SOB everywhere. Eventually a concrete slab fell on it. Totalled it just like that. Built like a horse, my [blank].
