I installed this with no problem whatsoever, and this was my first attempt at repairing any kind of garage door opener. Clear, concise illustrations and easy to read instructions made this effort a lot easier than I thought it would be.

The Bindaboo pet gate that I purchased does the job. Good things include the way it interfaces with the wall surface, and the ability to open in either direction. The self-closing functionality is also good but I'd guess that's pretty standard on gates. Not-so-good things include the funky latch and imperfect alignment. These might be fixable with a little tweaking but I haven't had the time to mess with it. As it turns out, the gate closes and latches with what I'll refer to as the first set of latches but the second latch doesn't do much because of the misalignment. However, this works out well for me because it's easier to open. I'd probably find a way to make the second latch not work if it did work. Somehow when i ordered the product, Amazon, literally DUPLICATED the order which set in motion a plethora of bad events. NO one would claim responsibility or act in a common sense manner to resolve the issue. Each blamed the other and finally Amazon apparently CREATED a 2nd account as I only had ONE account in an endeavor to cover their errors. Bottom line, I had to initiate a dispute with my CC in order to gain resolution which has still not taken place. I shipped back the duplicate to Antonline, the vendor, then Amazon only issued a Partial credit for their error. I'm so dissatisfied with this transaction , i will NEVER NEVER buy ANYTHING online using amazon AGAIN>
