AFTER I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, I FOUND THAT THE ADHESIVE TAPE WAS WOUND BACKWORD AND THE PRODUCT WAS NOT USABLE.

Works pretty well and relatively easy to install. I didn't use this product for my patio door, because I realized after purchase that I'd be unable to go in and out of the door(duh, should have thought of that). But did use it on windows too large to use the regular window sized sheets I'd also purchased. Although it hasn't gotten very cold yet, I have noticed a difference and I've already noticed a alot less drafts. Can't afford to replace windows right now, so this is a pretty good alternative!

This product is everything it says it is. It's simple, easy to install, and well worth the money. Keeps all of the debris outside of the garage, minimizing clean-up. It also keeps out more of the draft so if your in the garage working when it's cold out, it will cut down the draft from underneath. This is a great buy!

It's made in USA too. I put it on 2 outside doors, it was about 50 degrees F out when I applied it. It was easy to apply, stuck fine, and works great.

Also, the film becomes very noticeable over the window when I turn a my desk lamp on (about 1.5 feet away). It is still slightly drafty (I think it's just a cheap window) but the film cuts the draft down noticeably. Saw a commercial for Duck brand film that is sold in WalMart stores, probably would have bought that in-store to save on the 80% s&h charge. A note: 3M is back at they're old tricks, practically giving away their double stick tape (retails for about $6) so you buy their film for $10. It may be more economical for you to buy the 3M tape, which I hear is the best, and use it on Duck brand film. For the same price as the 2-window ... Read More

Although having the top edged pretaped seems like a good idea, it doesn't really work. All of mine are coming down after only a week. Not really worth it if you have to keep messing with it after you've installed it.

This item is better than your typical weatherstripping. The teeth on it are great for creating an interlock system for doors with wider gaps in them, which is what i did. Its made of a cheap foam rubber material and appropriotly priced. The good news is that it has stopped the draft from comming threw my door.
