I own the 4 Gal. version of this sprayer, and it is awesome! We live on a 200 acre ranch in South Texas. I use this all over the place! In fact, I keep Round-Up solution in it at all times. I mix up about 3 gal. at a time and never empty the tank because it never needs cleaning and is incapable of clogging. The only time it has ever clogged is when the tip of the nozzle has some dried solution on it. A quick rinse and it is as good as new. Our "yard" around the house is about 9,000 sq. ft. of carpet grass with lots of landscaping and beds. The sprayer primes up by pushing or pulling it for about 10 to 12 feet or more...plenty of time for me to drag it to the flower beds from my garage. This is a well made lawn spreader that was easy to assemble right out of the box. The large wheels makes using the spreader very easy and it pushes very easily over rough areas of your lawn. The broadcast spreader does its job very well as it can propel the fertilizer very far and evenly on your lawn. Very pleased with my purchase.

Good product. Well-made. Good backpack/carrying functionality. Wish the pump handle was a bit longer. (I'm 6'4".) One of the nozzle storage latches already busted off, but overall very pleased that I purchased this product.

Didn't quite do what I wanted, which was to spread compost around my backyard. I don't think it is the products fault though as it is more suited to smaller, more fine particles like fertilizer and grass seed. I haven't had a chance to use it for those applications yet.

this uses a lot of soap and doesnt spray out enough foam as i was expecting, i would spend more money to get something expensive and spray out thick foam

I bought two packages these spray bottles (6 total) for making up green, home-made cleaners (see _Green Up Your Clean-Up_). Typical ingredients for these cleaners include water, borax, vinegar, essential oils, and baking soda. Somehow, these ingredients cause the spring mechanism in the handle to get sticky or even stuck. I'm going to have to replace them all after only about 5 months of use. I decided to give the spray bottles two stars (instead of one) because as water spray bottles, they work very well both for spritzing plants and for ironing. They have a very fine spray and don't leak.
