i love this seat. you do need an elongated toilet -- it won't work on a circular seat (we tried). a terrific training seat -- my two daughters feel comfortable using it by themselves. i would recommend this to anyone who hates those potty training seat inserts (they got dirty with each and every use). and i would suggest the potty stool by Elite Child Corp. the two together make the bathroom experience an easy one for both child and parent.

I saw this at a friends' house and knew I had to have it, I needed to replace a toilet seat. This Kohler seat is easy to install and once you slightly push on the lid or seat, it will continue to close, quietly. It looks great and is easy to clean. What more could you want from a toilet seat?

When I moved to the apartment I now live in, I found the toilet seat very uncomfortable. The hole in the seat was small, and I had to wrestle whenever I used it. The Mayfair toilet seat is a pleasure to sit on. I am thankful every time I sit on it. It is also a pleasure to clean. One thing about cleaning though, if you use a strong cleaner, don't let the cleaning solution set, because it will change the pretty pink color, and leave tell tale signs of where the cleaner was allowed to stay for a period of time.

I've had this toilet seat since July 2008 and actually, I don't know how I lived without it all these years! The price may seem high compared to the bargain seats you can buy in a store but like they say, you get what you pay for. The slow closing feature is the best and is so easy to use. Just a slight push and the seat slowly closes. No more being jolted awake from someone slamming the toilet seat down! I am so used to this seat that I've slammed toilet seats by mistake at my friends houses! Great product, worth every penny, and highly recommended!

This is a well made toilet seat. It is solid, meaning you can sit on the lid and it doesn't flex. When you close the lid, it slowly closes and doesn't slam, how awesome is that! It also is made to quick release for cleaning. I highly recommend if you have a Kohler toilet.

This is a well made toilet seat. It is solid, meaning you can sit on the lid and it doesn't flex. When you close the lid, it slowly closes and doesn't slam, how awesome is that! It also is made to quick release for cleaning. I highly recommend if you have a Kohler toilet.

This is a great seat. I really like the Slow Close. It went on easier than expected. I also like the quick release feature so you can quickly remove the seat and clean under it, especially in the hinge area. A good deal. Rob

I already own a Mayfair 13CP Designer and what I received was NOT the "Designer" Series in anyway. The package has a sticker that says 13CP on it, but anyone can put it on even if it isn't one, I guess. The package says SOFT Series, not Designer Series, as advertised. The seat is not as heavy as the Designer series ones that I've purchased at Boscovs and the padding is only half of the REAL Designer series seat. I'm very disappointed that they sold me a "Designer series" seat that was really a "Soft series" seat. The word "Designer" doesn't appear anywhere on the package.
