The noise of the grooming tool does seem to unsettle the canine on which it's being used but it works well to pare down her nails.

I have used it for two years now. With a newly charged battery (charger and two batteries are supplied) it gives good RPM and power for about 10-15 minutes before it begins to slow down and only cut the small stuff. Each battery lasts about 15-20 minutes in continuous use. Aftere 35 minutes of wacking weeds I am ready to let it rest while it recharges. It is very light and easily adjustable.My only complaint is that the auto-feed line feature really chews up the line at a brisk pace. For this reason I buy big reels (300 feet of 0.065 line for $7 at Lowes rather than the expensive replacment reels from the manufacturer.All in all a very light and handy yard tool, well designed, and functional. Only improvement would be to tame the appetite of the line feed monster.

This item is so close to perfect. I use the carabeaner to attach it to my belt loop or just clip it to the band on my shorts. Very light weight. Great knife with one handed opening and closing. FLAW!: The bits don't stay in place. I lost 3 bits in a week so I just saudered the #2 phillips in place since I use it the most. If the bit holders would have worked, this would be the perfect light weight knife/pliers/driver.

I have a lawn service and I use several trimmers, This one is much easier to use than any of the gas powered trimmers I have, They only get used now if the battery goes dead. I plan to buy and extra battery. Thank you for a great product.

I've used my dremel on my dogs for years. It is noisy but strong, reliable and fairly comfortable in my hand with no cords to get tangled up in. Great company, great product. Small enough and with the included sheath easy to carry. Be aware that the included tiny eyeglass bit is useless if you have the skeletool which has no bit holder for it.

My only complaint with the battery system is the battery life. This charger does a great job of getting your batteries fully charged so you can get back in the action.
