Right out of the box, this little light didn't work. Though it's cheap, it's overpriced. Save yourself the aggravation and pay a few dollars more for something that works.

I was looking for noise canceling earmuffs to quiet the constant din of the television so I could read in the same room as my family. I feel like they've given me my sanity back! They are comfortable and really do the trick. At first they felt a bit tight on my ears but after a couple wearings they are great. I am able to hear enough so I am not totally isolated, but I am now able to read within six feet of the television and it doesn't bother me at all. The price is so much lower than earmuffs I've priced at retail stores and they are of high quality. I definitely recommend these.

My first unit did nothing but squeal when I inserted the batteries - no display, no lights. OK, a bad unit. Unfortunately I had the same experience after returning the first and getting a second one. With all the good reviews, I'm sure Kiddie makes working alarms, but its the last Kiddie I'll buy.

this light is great when its working, but it cuts on and off and i can't figure out why. when i first got it i couldn't get it to turn on and i found out that you have to have the cap on really tight for it to work, but later when i actually needed it i couldn't get it to work right. it'll stay on for a while, then turn off and i have to mess with it for a couple of minutes for it to turn back on. i haven't figured out the trick yet.

This product replaced my previous hearing protector/headphone "solution" that was regular hearing protectors sitting over ear buds in my ears. After a few hours, ouch... My main goal was MP3 playback rather than radio use, and these fit the bill nicely. They are comfortable, and provide adequate protection for yard work type noise. Audiophile quality, they are not. The radio performance seemed adequate, but I have not tested that as thoroughly as some others here. One drawback for MP3 playback is that they only provide a pass through, so the MP3 amplifier must drive this headset's speakers. I have always had 5 battery mag alluminum flashlights in different areas around my house for emergency reasons, I decided that they were a bit to big so my research began, after much research I found that the smith and wesson flashlight turned out to be the best value so I purchased 3 of them and am very happy,I will buy another 2 soon, I highly recommended if you want a small very bright flashlight

I am a retired Mechanical Engineer, having worked in engineering warranty analysis for the last 10 years using Six Sigma Black Belt training (used by many large corporations such as GE, PACCAR, etc). I purchased the Stanley MaxLife 369 Tripod and have used it 3 times in the last 9 months, the switch has failed and will not turn the light off. This type of infant mortality failure should not happen and is the result of defective components or defective processs controls. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNTIL THE MANUFACTURER HAS RE-DESIGNED OR CORRECTED THE DEFECT(S).
