This is EXACTLY what I hoped it would be. Takes the nail right off without any pressure at all. I tried it on myself first and it took my nail right off..almost too easily. But I learned the pressure to give it. Battery seems to last a really long time. I am doing just a little tiny bit at a time until they (3 pooches)get use to the vibration. So far they don't mind too much, but I am very careful to not burn them by doing only a sweep over the nail.

I found that you can get a larger 249 piece set at Harbor Freight Tools for less money. They also sell diamond accessories and cutting discs at crazy low prices when on sale.

This little jewel performs flawlessly! I was a little concerned about it being cordless but do not fear... it is a POWERHOUSE! Also, this is a great deal compared to other places I shopped, Amazon does make everything easier!

We wanted something that can be used to file the dog's nails and to use for other small projects around the house. This dremel tool is good for what we need. Only problem- it gets a bit hot when left to file for more than a second or two, so we need to be careful on the dog's feet.

This product is perfect speed for all my needs: -- At the office to sand down patient toenails. -- At home to drill, sand, cut stuff. I love the increased number of speeds. I still have an original Dremel that works; at that time one had to go to Radio Shack to purchase a solenoid to control the speeds for different jobs. My father, a physician, got quoted $800 for that back in the 1970's. This is an A+++ product.

On 08/06/2008, I purchased these sander bands at the same time I purchased the Dremel 750-02 Minimite 13,000 RPM 2 Speed 4.8-Volt Cordless Rotary Tool. However the sander bands do not fit this tool. Amazon's Web-site did not clearly state otherwise. MCox, San Diego, CA

I bought this drill press to drill holes in 20 gauge nickel and sterling silver jewelry pieces. It has exceeded my expectations. If you follow the directions and let the tool do the work, you will be very pleasantly surprised that you can add such a handy device to your workbench for such low cost. My husband, an engineer, was pretty surprised at how good it is, too. However, I had to ask for his help with assembling it, because the assembly directions were not the greatest, and I'd never done anything like this before. He had no problem with it, though.
